Chapter 11

i woke up on top of Brandon and looked at my phone. a notification popped up. it read soccer game at 3:30 final tournament. WHAT. i ran upstairs and put my uniform on. i threw my hair into a ponytail and ran back downstairs and saw Brandon awake.

m: hey b i have a big soccer game
b: i'm coming
h: so am i
a: me too
ad: same
m: great

i hopped into the car while the boys followed. i drove to the soccer field and ran to Brandon and gave him a kiss.

b: good luck babe
m: love you
b: love you too

i ran over to my coach

m: hey coach
c: hey megan

she threw me the goalie gloves.

c:ready?
m: i hope

i got in goal. the game started. you could feel everyone getting tense. the other team got it past our defence and shot it. i dived for the ball. i saved it and drop kicked the ball. i saw the parents coming in to the bleachers  and i waved at my parents and Christine. i focused back on the game.

the game was over and we beat them 7-0. it was awesome. we showed there team that we were amazing. i ran up to Brandon and hugged him and hunter at the same time.

h,b: you are an amazing goalie
m: thank you guys

we got into two separate cars. it was me my mom, dad, adam, hunter and Brandon. and ashton and their mom were in the other. we were driving home. we got home and everyone ran inside we were so hungry. then Brandon got a call.

b: hello?
p: hi are you Brandon rowland
b: uh yeah why
p: hi we were just reported that your mom and i think what seems to be your little brother got into a car crash.
b: what?!
p: they should be ok, they were sent to the hospital in critical condition.

i grabbed onto Brandon's hand. i didn't know what was happening. but he seemed upset. his eyes got tears in them. he hung up the phone and looked at me. one tear dropped down his face as a lot more followed.

b: my mom and brother got into a car crash they're in critical condition.
m: let's go
h: wait what
m: we have to go see them
h,b: let's go then.

i told my parents and adam to stay here and that i'd keep them updated. i got into the car and drove us to the hospital.

Brandon slammed his door and ran into the hospital with hunter and i following. i'm pretty sure hunter doesn't know how to feel. Brandon ran up to the front desk and said i'm here for rowland. the lady said that they were in surgery. she told us to take a seat and wait patiently.

it's been 30 mins and we are still waiting. Brandon's hurting and so is hunter. i stood up to go yell at that lady but Brandon pulled me into his lap.

b: don't we just have to wait for now

he wrapped his arms around me and pulled me closer. i fell asleep in his arms.

i woke up it was 1:00am and i was still in Brandon's arms. hunter was knocked out right beside us. i got out of brandon's grip and went up to the desk lady.

m: hey i'm here for rowland
l: they haven't woken up yet, you still can't see them.

i walked back to see Brandon awake.

m: they're out but not awake we can't see them
b: what the hell
m: b it's ok i promise they'll be ok
m: we should go home for the night
h: i'll stay here you guys go i'll call u as soon as i get news
b: no i wanna-
h: i'm not asking u to leave i'm telling you too. u need some rest

i take Brandon's hand and help him up.
