Chapter 6

3 weeks later, 7:00am

it's been 3 weeks since i've seen Brandon, yes we face time and yes we text a lot but it's not the same. i've hung out with my friends a lot i told them all about Brandon and they were happy for me. except jack... jack has always had a crush on me but i just have never had one back, i feel bad but at the same time maybe it is just time for him to move on. anyways today is just another day, right now i'm laying in bed contemplating if i really want to go to school, of course i'll have to but i definitely don't want to.

i got up and took a shower and then did my makeup, i threw leggings and a cropped navy blue hoodie on and my white converse. then i headed down stairs and greeted my parents and headed out the door.

8:15am

yes i go to actual school, boring i know i go through it 5 days of my stupid week. i walked into the school and i was greeted by my big group of friends. emilie, lily, and jack were asking so many questions that it made my brain hurt.

e: omg megs how r u feeling
m: what why do i look ill
e: no i mean ab-
l: she means about school, yeah about school
m: uh um it's ok i guess
j: k guys stop piling her with questions come on megan let's go to class
m: ok bye guys

so the first four period went by fast including lunch and all my thoughts were directed to Brandon, i wish he was here. i walk into my 5th period class and everyone's eyes are on me, i walk to my seat and with a very confused look on my face. i take a seat beside emilie.

m: why is everyone staring at me
e: well i mean you are very pretty so i don't know
m: em this day has been very weird

the teacher starts talking and then there is a knock on the door. once he goes to grab it the room is full of whispers and peoples stares again. i'm so confused. the teacher looks over to me and gives me a smile.

t: hey megan someone is asking for you

what is going on? i'm so confused. i get up from my chair and walk to the door i can feel all eyes on my i lift my head up to see my happiness.

m: BRANDON

i run and jump into his arms. i hold on so tight. this was why everyone kept whispering and looking at me they all knew about this. oh how i've missed him so much. i cant believe he's here. i lift my head and look at him.

m: is that really you?
b: yes of course it is
m: oh my gosh i've missed you so much
b: me too me too
m: does everyone know
b: pretty much

he let me down, and i looked back at my class, they're faces were happy and the. i spotted jack in the back corner looking down. i felt kinda bad but my thoughts were interrupted by my teacher.

mr johnson: megan you are free to go
m: thank you so much

i run to my seat and grab my bag, emilie looks at me with that big smile of hers and whispers.

e: go have fun megan don't let jack bring you down
m: thanks em i'll text you later. love you
e: love you too

she must have seen my eyes direct towards him when i looked back. i ran out of the class and grabbed Brandon's hand i was finally back to being over the moon happy, i'm so excited for whats to come.
