Mystery x Kao (Lemons And Cringeyness)

Chapter 2

Kao and Alfred were doing there work when Mystery came in. "Hey boss" Kao said. "Hey guys " Mystery said. Alfred ears went down when Mystery started right next to him. "I'm just gonna be in my office like usually " Mystery said patting Alfred's shoulder. Alfred just stayed still till Mystery went to his office and then moved again(lol I do that in science when my teacher comes behind me I just work but don't move till she leaves lol). "Get Kao you work late again?" Alfred said. "Nah but I'm gonna hang out with Mystery" Kao said."WHAT?!" Alfred whispered yelled."It's OK he just need someone after Rex... you know" Kao said. "Your right let's just finish work" Alfred said sweeping.

Kao was waiting for Mystery outside the building when he came back from putting his coat away at home. Mystery came out of the building. "Hey Kao where you want to go?" Mystery said. "I was thinking if we can go to a cafe" Kao said happily. "OK then let's go" Mystery said. When they were walking to town they talked about there interest. Kao was almost like Rex. They always at sweets and like animals. Mystery smiled the whole time until a group of people came by. "Hey you purple dude are you gonna hurt this cute little guy?" One of the boys said. "No why is that?" Mystery said. "I have seen you murder people when you were a kid and now" The same guy said. All of them started calling him murder, psycho and bunch more names. Mystery started to get angry and sad. 'What there saying is true, I didn't protect Rex and I might kill Kao... And Alfred might hate me' Mystery thought. Then the same guy that talked to Mystery grabbed Kao's wrist."Why don't you hang out with us than this loser" He said pulling Kao away from Mystery. "I'm sorry but I said I would hang out with him for a reason and your a big fat jerk" Kao said getting out of the guy's grip(Kao u so in trouble boi). He glared and Kao. He was about to punch Kao till Mystery grabbed Kao's hand and ran towards his house. The people chased the both of them. When Mystery got to the door he opened it and pushed Kao in. Then he got in himself and closed the door. He locked the door. The people were banging at the door for about 40 seconds and then left. "You ok?" Mystery said. Kao nodded and looked around the house. "You have a nice house" Kao said. "Thanks but  do you want to watch tv with me?" Mystery asked. Kao nodded and sat on the couch. Mystery sat next to Kao and turned the tv on. They watched some romantic movies till they were bored. "What now" Mystery said messing with his own hair. Kao shrugged. "Want to read some books I guess" Kao said. "Sure but there all in my room" Mystery  said. Kao nodded. They both got up and walked upstairs to Mystery's room. The walls were the color of light gray with blue drawers. On one of the drawers next to the bed had a picture of Mystery and Rex at the carnival. Mystery sighed and grabbed a book of the other drawer next to the bed. Kao looked at a shelf and grabbed a book called 'Vampire's blood'(don't ask it's random). Kao sat next to Mystery and started reading.
