Kao ran in and saw a box on the wall. "You can open it" Mystery said. Kao sat in front of the box and the box moved. Kao gently opened the top and looked in. There was a small blanket. Kao lifted the blanket and there was a small little puppy. The puppy had dark brown fur with white markings on it. The puppy jumped on Kao. "AHH ITS A FUDGING DOGGY" Kao said petting the puppy. The puppy happily jumped on Kao and started licking him. Kao laughed. Mystery smiled. Mystery enjoyed Kao's laughter. Kao got up and hugged Mystery. "Thank you so much" Kao said. "Your welcome" Mystery said,"Also the pup is a boy." Kao blushed. "I'm gonna name him Sparky" Kao said happily. "Cute name" Mystery said. Soon everyone heard thunder. "Mystery you can stay" Alfred said. Mystery nodded. Kao happily started to play with Sparky. Mystery sat next to Kao enjoying his time.
(1 hour later)
It was pouring rain and lightning stuck a lot. Sparky got scared and was next to Kao shivering. "It's ok boy" Kao said. Mystery was with Alfred in the kitchen grabbing the flash lights. Alfred gave Mystery two flashlights and grabbed 1 for himself. Mystery went by Kao and found him falling asleep with Sparky on his lap. Mystery sat next to Kao."Rest Kao" Mystery said . Kai laid his head on Mystery's shoulder and fell asleep. Mystery smiled. Sparky fell asleep. Alfred sat on the other side of the couch. "Is something wrong?" Mystery asked." I regret doing what I did to Kao" Alfred said looking at Kao."Hey it's ok he will forgive you"Mystery said. Alfred smiled."Thanks Mystery" Alfred said. Soon both of the boys fell asleep.
