Third Person POV
"I can't believe you right now! I get you're on your 'man period' and all, but you don't need to take it out on m- Don't you roll your eyes at me!" (Y/N) shouted, clenching her fists in anger at her boyfriend. Her and Stan were having another couple's quarrel, this one not turning out as well as the others. The rest of the Losers Club just watched, shocked, as their friends were at each other's necks. They usually made up by now, but this time it was different. (Y/N) Bowers, the younger sister of Henry Bowers. Stan "The Man" Uris, son of the town's Rabbi. What an unlikely match. They all thought so too. Henry was actually very protective of (Y/N). They were both always at the foot of their father's rage. Henry always made sure their dad would hurt him instead of (Y/N). The only time they didn't get along was when Henry was either with his friends, or bullying her friends (or anyone for that matter). It took a long time to get him to let her be with Stan, but it worked out in the end. Well, until now. What they were fighting about, you ask? No one remembers at this point. Most likely something dumb, like always. "I only roll my eyes when someone is being completely unnecessary, and dumb. Like you right now." Stan shot back, emphasizing his words. "If that's how you feel, then why did you say you love me!?" (Y/N) asked, raising her eyebrows and crossing her arms, awaiting his answer. "Maybe, I said it out of pity! Maybe, I didn't mean it! Yeah, that sounds about right!" Stan yelled, slowly realizing that he messed up real bad. Tears stung at (Y/N)'s eyes as everything stopped. Everyone was dead silent, in shock, too afraid to intervene. "You don't mean that..." (Y/N) trailed off, quietly. Her throat burned from all the yelling, and from the choked-up sobs she's suppressing. "Yes! I do!" Stan confirmed. (Y/N)'s heart shattered. "Alright then... I guess I should go..." (Y/N) muttered, running away as the flood gates opened. She continued to cry as she ran home. Just to her luck, Henry and his friends happened to be in the front yard as she ran up to the house. "Hey, what's wrong?" Henry asked, watching her run up to the porch. (Y/N) ignored, and ran inside. Henry yelled for his friends to leave, heading in after (Y/N). He found her, head buried into her pillow, crying her heart out. Henry walked over, sitting on the edge of the bed. He rubbed her back as she continued to let it out. After (Y/N) calmed down, which took a good fifteen minutes, she sat up and hugged Henry. "Was it the Jew? I swear I'll kill him." Henry said, gritting his teeth as he hugged back. "We got in another fight, but he said he never loved me. That he didn't mean it whenever he said it." (Y/N) cried, holding onto her older brother tightly. "I'll make him pay. I warned him. I don't get why you even like him." Henry growled, clenching his fists. "I love him, Henry! But, I guess he just felt pity for me..." (Y/N) corrected, leaning her head on his shoulder. "You know what..." Henry mumbled, still catching (Y/N)'s attention. "What?" (Y/N) asked, nervously. Henry let go of her, standing up. "Wait, Henry, don't hurt him. Please!" (Y/N) begged, getting up and following him out to the front yard. "I warned him, (Y/N)! No one hurts my baby sister!" Henry hissed, pulling out his knife and getting in the car. "No no no no no! Shit!" (Y/N) cursed, running for her bike. She rode as fast as she could, trying to get to the Losers Club before Henry could. She somehow managed to and ran over to them, bending over to catch her breath. "(Y/N)?" Bill spoke up, questioningly. (Y/N) finally stood up straight, still catching her breath. Stan walked over to her. "(Y/N), listen I-." "Not now, Stan! You guys need to go!" (Y/N) panicked, pushing Stan away. "W-What do you m-mean?" Bill asked. "Henry knows what happened, and he's gonna fucking murder Stan!" (Y/N) explained quickly, alarming the Losers Club. "Well, it was nice knowin' ya, Stan!" Richie said, patting Stan on the back. "Richie, this is serious! He pulled out his knife and everything!" (Y/N) stated, frantically. She teared up as Stan's eyes widened, a bit fearful. (Y/N) heard footsteps coming from behind her. Her breath got heavy again as she turned around. Henry appeared, anger apparent on his face. He caught sight of Stan, quickly heading for him. (Y/N) quickly jumped in front of him as the others pulled Stan back. "Henry, please don't! It's not worth it!" (Y/N) said, struggling to push him back. Let's face it, Stan would not stand a chance in this fight. One, Henry has a knife. Two, Stan would get knocked out in one punch. "He hurt you, (Y/N)! And, now I'm gonna hurt him!" Henry growled, trying to get past (Y/N). "Henry, just let me handle my own problems for once! If I wanted to hurt him, which I don't, I'd do it, not you!" (Y/N) said, giving Henry one final push back. Henry stopped, looking at (Y/N). He sighed. "Why do you care about him so much if he made you cry that much?" Henry questioned, throwing his arms in the air. "Because I love him! Even if he doesn't love me back..." (Y/N) answered, trailing off. Henry rolled his eyes. "Because I love you... I'm gonna let you handle this... But, if he makes you cry again, I'm going to take matters into my own hands." Henry gave in, reluctantly, glaring down Stan the whole time. "Thank you." (Y/N) replied, hugging him before shooing him off. After Henry left, (Y/N) took a big sigh of relief and sat down on the ground from exhaustion. She put her face in her hands. Stan whispered for the others to go for a bit before walking over to (Y/N). He sat down next to her, contemplating what to say. "Listen, (Y/N), I didn't mean anything I said earlier. You weren't being unnecessary, or dumb. And, I do love you... With all of my heart... I couldn't imagine a world without you, let alone the brief time period after I made you run away. Even that was hard, without you. I guess, the reason I said I didn't love you was because I couldn't come up with anything else to say, so I just said whatever I could think of first. I let my anger take over. It was a mistake that I'll never make again. Next time, I'll take the loss and let you win. I promise. I'll never hurt you like that again." Stan swore, grabbing (Y/N)'s hand. A smile grew on (Y/N)'s face as she stared into Stan's eyes. "I forgive you." She assured, pulling him into a hug. Stan smiled, and held her tightly. "I love you so much." He said, honestly. "I love you too." (Y/N) replied, pulling him into a kiss. He immediately kissed back, placing a hand around her waist, and a hand on her cheek. Little did they know, a certain group of friends were watching, and silently cheering, from some bushes.
