coups has been walking back and fourth at the hallway. he usually waits for his friends then go to his classroom with joshua and jeonghan. but he didn't want to disturb both of his friends. while walking back and forth he happen to bump on someone. seungcheol was a bit taller than the latter.
 
  "i-im sorry!" the boy said, bowing his head. seungcheol smiled at him and gave him thumbs up, signing that it was alright."i'm seungcheol. we're classmates, i think..?" seungcheol asked, guessing from the boy's height. "ah, no. i'm jung subin and i'm classmates with uh.." he paused and looked at his phone, "..lee chan?" he looked at seungcheol and stared awkwardly. "o-oh. is that so-?" seungcheol asks, patting subin's head. "i'm friends with him and i can lead you to his classroom." subin looked at him and nodded.  (wait- yes, i know subin's from plan a entertainment with his hyungs and apink noona :'> ) 

  "thanks seungcheol!" subin yelled, "it's hyung for you! " seungcheol yelled back, jokingly. he ran and saw jeonghan and joshua, he accidentally tripped on, not a book but nothing!

  "how does it feel to be jihoon hyung,  hyung?" vernon asked seungcheol, seungkwan laughed at his question. what they didn't know is that jihoon and chanyeol was only beside them. "shut up, forehead." jihoon spat out coldly and pointed at his forehead. "hyung, it was just a joke!" seungkwan said, pouting at jihoon. "ji, that's a bit.." chanyeol looked at jihoon. jihoon rolled his eyes. "i'm sorry, vernon and seungkwan." jihoon said without any tone. almost robotic. seungkwan rolled his eyes, vernon gave jihoon a piece sign and smiled. jihoon smiled back at vernon and avoided seungkwan's gaze. he, then,  looked at seungcheol. chanyeol already said goodbye to jihoon and walked away.

  "hey." jihoon greeted, "hi, jihoon." seungcheol responded, looking at his eyes. jihoon stared. they didn't talk but stared until the bell rang. "shit." they both cursed and ran to their classes.

[ ☆ lee jihoon ☆ ]

  it was finally break time, he ignored soonyoung in every classes they had with each other. he didn't want to see his friends' faces so he grabbed his lunch box that he and chanyeol prepared together and eat at the rooftop. he's been planning to go there ever since he first entered the school. it was a relaxing place to go to, just silence and him. he read the school book and he knew that the rooftop is available to all students, but the students doesn't seem to be interested.

  "jihoon?" a boy with a mint green colored hair asks, "yoongi hyung? it's been a while. i didn't know you study here." yoongi eyed jihoon and made him sit down next to him. "you should come here often, hoseok and i usually comes here and eat. he's feeling sick today so he wasn't able to come with me today." yoongi explains and lends jihoon an earpiece. jihoon nodded and accepted the earpiece, he wears it then ate something japanese.

"ji," jihoon looked at his hyung, "how's eomma and appa?" yoongi asks and holds jihoon's shoulder. jihoon looked at his eyes, he tried to say something but no words came out. "i knew that, our aunt told me." yoongi said, and looked up. "i'm sorry, yoongi hyung." jihoon muttered, loud enough for yoongi to hear. yoongi smiled at jihoon and hugged him tightly, "i'm still glad you're safe, ji." yoongi whispered, his voice breaking. it was so sad to hear, the song fits the scene. it was something sad, but it wasn't made for family loss.

" i'll be the spring to your smile. "

the voice smoothly echoed out through their earpiece (???)

a smile crept into jihoon's and yoongi's lips.

"thank you for not dying, ji. you're the only one i have left."

"i.."

"  i'm so sorry for leaving you. "

"i'm sorry for ignoring you every day."
