Part-27: A Happy Ending

"Eomma! I want my breakfast!", my 4-year-old daughter Somin was shouting frm the dining room.
"Ok darling. Wait. Mommy's a little busy here..", i replied. I was making her cereals, her favourite breakfast.
Jimin was still sleeping, he came home late last night frm the gathering. I couldnt leave Somin alone so i didnt go there. I rlly wanted to but i didnt have a choice. He came back home drunk. I told him not to as he had to drive back home. I decided to give him a piece of my mind when he woke up.
I went out of the kitchen with a bowl of cereals and placed it infront of my daughter.
"Thank u e-eomma..", she thanked me wid her squeaky little voice. I kissed her on the cheek and went into the bedroom to clean.
When i got there, there was no one.
"Jimin already left?", i thought.
"Where is he?", i asked and searched the bathroom. Hes not there either.
So i went out to the living room again. There was no sign of him..
"Sominnie, have u seen ur appa?", i asked her while making my way to the dining table.
There was no reply of her. When i reached there, i saw her, silent. I then knew the reason why: she had split the cereals.

"S-sory eomma", she apologised wid her sparkly eyes.
"Its ok darling. Mommy will do it.", i cleaned the messy table. This was the second time she did tht but i didnt say anything.
Jimin and I got into a fight concerning the same subject weeks ago but we were ok then.

Then the my mobile rang, it was Namjoon oppa.  I answered it.

On the phone,
"Hello?"
"Hello, oppa."
"Hey! Y/N! How r u?"
"M fine.. u?"
"Great. I need to tell u smth"
"Wht is it?"
"We r having a gathering today too. Jungkook and Hana are also coming. It will be at 6 at my house. U coming?"
"Oh yes of course. I will bring Somin too."
"Woww.. grt. Jin wants to meet her too. We all want to."
"Okk oppa. I will be there. Wht abt Jimin? Is he there?"
"No hes not."
"Wht? I havent seen him since the morning."
"Oh dun worry. Maybe hes at Taehyung's house. I heard they are working on smth."

I was relieved to hear tht.

"Oh ok oppa. See u soon"
"Bye.."

We hung up.

"Eomma.. who ish it?", Somin asked me.
"Its uncle Namjoon baby. We are going to his house tonight."
I saw a bright smile on her face.
"Yayyy will uncle Jungkook be there too? I mish him."
Whenever i visited them, Jungkook was the one who took care and played wid her, including Jin oppa too. 
Time passed and it was afternoon. I had tried to phone Jimin but he didnt answer the phone. I called Taehyung too but he didnt pick up the phone either. I was in my bedroom, Somin was in the living room. She was watching her favourite cartoon.
I was still trying to get in touch wid Jimin until i heard a sound frm the living room. I was shocked. Somin was all alone. Wht happened? I rushed out of the room and saw a broken glass on the floor.
There she was, crying.
"Somin-ah, u ok? Did u get hurt?", i asked her while carefully walkomg towards her."
She just nodded.
I lifted her and put her on the couch and i cleaned up the mess.
"Next time call me.. ok?", i smiled at her.
She nodded again and continued watching the television.

Then i texted Jimin abt it and also asking where he was but he didnt even reply.
Wht was wring wid him? Hes ignoring my msgs.
Then, it was time for Somin to take a shower and she hated them. She ran around the house as she didnt want to. I had to chase her everytime when she did it. After i had done everything for her, i also took a shower and changed into my short dress. Who said a mother cant wear a short dress?(lol)
Then i drove to Namjoon's house and saw everyone again.
Somin suddenly ran to Jungkook and was hugging him. He waved at me and i went to Hana. I sat beside her and had a little girl talk.
I hadnt talked wid her since i was busy wid my own work and taking care of my daughter.
"Woww Y/N", someone called my name.
It was Hobi.
"U look beautiful..",
"Thank u oppa..", i smiled and blushed.
Then I asked almost everyone where Jimin was but everyone said they didnt know. I was shocked when i saw Taehyung at the party.

"Oppa.. wheres Jimin?", i asked him.
"Ohh.. he.. ahh.. he said he has to do smth and left.", he scratched his hair and smiled at me
"Are u lying?", i asked wid my eyes squinted.
"N-noo... i am not Y/N.."
"He isnt answering my calls either. M worried oppa."
"Dun worry, u will see ur prince soon.", he said while exposing his rectangle mouth.

Then, later i heard Somin's voice.
"Eomma.. i want to sleep at Uncle Jungkook's house tonight.. can i? I want to watch a cartoon wid Uncle Jungkook."
Jungkook followed frm behind..
"Yeahh Y/N.. can she?"
"Of course she can..", i replied.
Somin was jumping and screaming which made everyone laughed.
The party was finally over and Jimin was still misssing. I phoned him again. This was like for a thousandth time and he wasnt picking up.
I drove bak home alone. I got into our apartment. Everything was dark and quiet. I opened the lights but they did not come. I thought its the mains were closed. I went into the bedroom and was astonished when i saw this..

Then, he hugged me frm behind and whispered into my ears.
"Happy anniversary Jagi.."
Tears welled up and i turned to look at him.
I hadnt seen him for the whole day. I had missed him alot. Tears then prickled down. I thought its also obvious why he went missing the whole day.
"Thank you oppa..", i hugged him bak. I felt so warm when i was in his arms.
"Sorry too.. i forget abt this.",
"I understand Jagi, ur busy looking after Somin and the house. Its not ur fault. M sorry too.. i vanished the whole day."
I didnt say anything.
"Thanks for existing Jagi.. i love u.."
"I love u more than anything oppa"
He stroked my hair. I broke the hug and looked into his eyes n i pressed my lips onto his. He deepened our kiss by tightening the hug while i placed my arms around his shoulders. 

Yes, i found myself a perfect guy.. who would be always there for me.. i couldnt really express how i loved him.

The love we had was unforgettable..
