Back in town

Teish's POV

'Finally home' i thought to myself as i got off the bus in Lawrence Kansas, i'd been gone for 3 years living with my boyfriend Xavier who turned abusive, it took me a year to leave him but i'm far away from him now. I decided i'd stop in at my best friend Brooke's house, i walked up the steps, and knocked softly on the door, her father opened the door "oh my Teish  its been so long welcome home" he said "Lisa come quick Teish is back", "thank you Jacob and Lisa i have missed you guys so much, its good to be back, is Brooke home?" i asked, "She no longer lives here, she lives on 34th street house 5 with her boyfriend Dean you should go see her" Lisa spoke, "thanks guys ill see you later on" i said as i walked off. 

I walked the 4 blocks to 34th street as i walked past each of the houses to get to hers i wondered if she still was the same person, surely not much has changed. i reached the 5th house it was by the looks of things 2 stories it looked amazing, i walked up the steps to the front door i took a deep breath and knocked softly. I hear footsteps coming, a girl about my height and brunette answered the door shocked right away i knew it was my best friend i hugged her straight away and she didn't hesitate to hug me back. 

"Teish what the hell are you doing back" she said happily, " Xavier became different he was abusive after the first two years and it took me a  year to leave but i'm so glad i'm back" she looked mad at the words i spoke about him being abusive, "he better not come back" she spoke, she got me to come inside, "Dean, Sam come meet my best friend" she said, she knew i was shy but the first boy who came down wrapped an arm around her waist he had short brown hair, green eyes. I smiled and introduced myself and he introduced himself to me as well and gave me a hug. 

I heard a voice shout out "sorry did you call out to me?" i looked up and seen a boy with a towel wrapped around his waist, brown long/ short hair and brown eyes, "this is my best friend Teish also please go put some clothes on" Brooke said and i could tell i was blushing " hey I'm Sam and i'll be back" he said and before i had a chance to speak he had already left to go get changed.
