Fire and putting the powers to the test

Teish's POV
It's been a week since we found out, and so far no signs of me having powers, "I think when you need them the most you'll use them" Cas said "Sam wrapped his arms around my waist kissing my cheek "you ok babe?" He asked "yeah babe just confused is all" I said
Later that day the boys went out looking for clues on a case, Brooke was at her parents so it was just me home I decided to watch a movie, during watching this movie I started to fall asleep.
I woke up all I could smell was smoke, I opened my eyes and could see flames I quickly got up going to the front door trying to leave but the fire was surrounding the door I went to a window and couldn't get out I was so scared I tried everywhere the only thing I could probably do is go upstairs and jump out that window, I decided to try that I thought about it I ended up there in seconds it was like I teleported, maybe that's one of my powers. But as much as I tried I couldn't get out of the house, I thought about my phone and it came to me, but I still couldn't teleport out of the house I ended up jumping out the window and once I landed I called the fire brigade and an ambulance, then Brooke and the boys.
Sam's POV
Teish was sent to the hospital for observation and she told us she was napping when it happened so that meant that someone started this fire but who? We called Cas and informed him of what happened, "did she use any powers?" Castiel asked, "she said she teleported upstairs while thinking about it and she said she thought about her phone and it came to her but she when she thought about jumping out it didn't happen" Dean stated, Brooke walked in the door at that moment she just left Teish, our house was barely there anymore. Teish suffered 3rd degree burns and a broken ankle from jumping out the window, but Cas tried healing her it didn't work.
" I'm going to see her" I said grabbing the keys and leaving I drove to the hospital, parked the car and walked into the hospital and to ward BK room 136 where she was eating her dinner "Sammy" She said happy, I looked at her burnt skin "Hey baby how you feeling?" I asked "in pain but good I'm allowed to come home tomorrow but I have to keep my drip in and it comes home with us for a few days" she said I smiled at her and kissed her lips I sat with her and she asked me to get in the bed with her I asked the nurse and they said as long as I'm careful they don't mind.
I got in the bed and we cuddled I ended up spending the night and the next morning we drove to a hotel where we are now staying, Cas again tried to heal her but could only get rid of half her burn marks.
