43 - the healing.

Lauren's POV

It's been two days since I last saw Kiana. Two. Days. I'm slowly dying.

Dinah has talked to her but, she's still with that guy. I want to scream, and cry, but, I know this wouldn't have happened if I wasn't such a dumbass.

My doorbell rang, which took me out of my thoughts once again. "The fuck?" I whispered. Whoever it was knocked again. I was seriously getting scared.

I walked to the door and opened it slowly. "Lo," Dinah's voice rang out.

I opened the door completely and threw my arms around her. "I'm sorry for this but I've been needing a hug. It's been two days Dinah. I don't think she's coming back." My voice cracked. "I wouldn't come back if I were her," A tear rolled down my face.

Dinah tightened her grip around me. "She loves you Lauren, she's going to come back. It may take some time but, I know she'll come back." She says while rubbing my back softly.

"I miss her so much," I sobbed.

"I know baby, I know."

"She is my everything and I let her go like she was nothing. I'm such a horrible person, I lead her on." My sobs got louder.

There was another knock at my door, I let go of Dinah and whispered "There's a bat in that closet over there." I pointed to the closet and she quickly went and opened it.

"This shit is heavy." She complained

"Just hand it over weakling." I smirked and she rolled her eyes while handing it over.

The person knocked again. I walked cautiously over to the door, with Dinah following me. I opened it slowly and saw the love of my life with puffy, red, tear stained eyes.

I slammed the door open and grabbed her. "I missed you so fucking much Kiana Rose Williams. I'm so fucking sorry." I sobbed into her shoulder while she did the same.

"I'm sorry too." She said while sniffiling.

I let go of her and saw a hickey on her neck.

"What the fuck is that?!" I pointed to her neck

Her cheeks went bright pink. "Me and Jacob might've made out last night and he gave me a hickey. Nothing else happened." She said really quickly.

"I deserved that. You deserved to get me back." I say releasing the breath I was holding.

"I'm sorry." We both started at the same time, making her giggle. I gave a small smile. "I'm the sorry one Keeks, it was my stupid selfish self that cheated on you. I shouldn't have done that, I had a beautiful, gorgeous girl, and I went and left her for a Jar-Jar Bink's look alike." She giggled again which is what I needed to hear. "I messed up Kiana, I know I did. It's killed me knowing you were with someone else. It killed me knowing I hurt you again. I promise you, I won't do it again." I say while pulling out the promise ring. "This ring shows that I promise not to leave you, hurt you, stay with you through thick and thin. It shows that I promise to love you until I can't love anymore." A tear falls from her eyes and I quickly wipe it.

"I love you so much Lauren Michelle." She sobbed out. "I love you too future Mrs. Jauregui,"
