Today was two day before we had to go to LA for an award show. Everyone was basically getting ready to go to LA and go on their flights and everything. The group chat is pretty busy right now. Everyone is exited because it'll be y/n first award show and because she's nominated.

N: great, I got pizza

F: I mean it's boring so far but I'm sure we will have fun
S: what about you y/n?
Y: stressful, I don't know if I'll go anymore because my parents left town the other day and they thought the ceremony was next month😕
M: oh nooo y/n you will not, miss your first award show!
N: I don't think the duffers have left yet, maybe go with them?
Y: I mean maybe, if they let me
N: I'll ask for you brb
M: y/n do you have a hotel to go to? I'd offer mine but I'm sharing with Sadie
Y: no, I'm such a mess I'm trying to see how I can get to LA
F: uh I have an extra bed in the hotel if you want, I mean you don't have to but it might be easier
Y: thank you so much Finn, your a lifesaver but I still don't know if I'm even going
N: the duffers said they'll call you in a bit

I kinda started to freak out because I guess you could say I had a crush on y/n. I forgot finished my packing and my mom yelled "we're leaving" so I was on my way to the airport.
