This is a rant sort of thing about how close I was to meeting Noah Schnapp,
backstory that I think is strange- ok so one day I woke up and I was like mom I had the wierdest dream and I met Noah and Millie in it and she was like huh did you know he's comming to Indiana comic con? And I was like no I didn't so I did my research and it was true. I'm from Illinois so Indiana is right next to Illinois yet I've never been there, my mom was like I'd let you but I don't know how we would go to Indiana but she was considering it but she blamed it on gas money whatever I guess and she's like wait until he comes to Chicago
Then it comes to a few days ago
I was talking to my mom and she was saying how my moms friend was telling he that my friend wanted to see Noah in Indiana. Then I was like there should be a stranger things convention that would be so cool then I go on a YouTube video and there was a comment like "I'm meeting them in Chicago I'm so exited" so I obviously freaked out because I didn't hear of this so I did my research again and it was true, Noah, Millie, joe, and Shannon were comming to Rosemont. I freaked out and told my mom because she did say wait until he comes to Chicago and then she said cool ask your dad. I asked my dad and he was like cool, it'll be part of your birthday present tell your mom to buy tickets and I was like cool. So I went to the website to buy tickets and I added 2 admission tickets, meet and greet for Noah, and autograph for Noah, then my mom says this is a waste of time and money you're not going unless you find someone that's going to take you. I was enraged. I was pretty upset because yes I understand it's pricey and yes I understand it is one entire day (we'll actually 2 days but Noah was going on day 2) BUT YOU LITERALLY GAVE ME HOPE AND NOW MY OPPORTUNITY HAS BEEN TAKEN AWAY FROM ME AND IM PRETTY DARN UPSET ABOUT BECAUSE ITS NOT THAT FAR FROM WHERE I LIVE AND SHE SAID TO QUOTE "WAIT UNTIL HE COMES TO CHICAGO" and now that he's comming to Chicago I can't go 😑 just because my mom doesn't want to spend one day with me at a convention
I'm sorry if I sound like a brat but this made me pretty mad
