Title: Think of Pumpkins

~•~

"Wait, wait, wait, wait....wait! You want me to what now?" Joyce dragged me to he changing room and through my dress at me.

Joyce shrugged "I want you to play the fucking guitar and sing your ass of." She stated shortly.

"What?!"

Joyce sighed and slammed the door.

"Just get ready! Your up in 5 minutes!" She shouted.

"Ugghh why do I have to do some solo and I didn't even practice, hmph." I mumbled.

After I wore this big red parade thingy coat, a white and half black skirt, white long sleeve button up and, and a blue bow I was finally ready.

But I just need shoes.

I got out of the dresser. Joyce was gone.

I cursed silently and went around barefooted. Apparently my shoes are with her...I think?

I walked around for 2 minutes then spotted Joyce laughing.

I went up to her and folded my arms.

She doesn't seem to notice.

I made a 'hmph' noise.

She doesn't seem to notice.

That's it! I had enough!

I finally step on her foot!

"Youch!" She screeched.

Finally she seems to notice me! But she me a cold glare.

"Well, I need shoes!" I pointed out. She gave the 'o' shape mouth.

She gave me a pair of white boots and shrugged.

"You didn't have to step on my baby foot to get my attention." "You could of give me a 'hmph' sound."

I face palmed.

I felt the nervousness run through my veins as I fell with the guitar.

"Well the chords are right in front of you so?" Joyce said.

"But... I hate crowds...they s-care me!" I exclaimed and hid in a nearby box.

I hear Joyce sigh and take strives to me.

She kneeled down to box level and whispered.

"Look, I know that this is the first time you performed but you should try. I know you can do this...you know when I tried it for the first time I done it. No matter how scary it is I done it. You should try it..." When Joyce got up and took one step. She turned back to me.

"Think of pumpkins." Once she mumbled those three last words she left.

I then clutched the guitar and took deep breaths.

I opened my eyes to see it all.

All I have to do is do it.

Shouts of agony erupted and I finally decided to get out.

Until I heard. "Wait Sania!" I looked to see Kiki. I wonder how she got here.

"Yeah?" "Here!" She softly clipped my hair together.

I gave her a very confused look.

"A bow for good luck!" She smiled warmly, but then she left.
