Marinette's POV
I had no idea how I would explain this. All I could think about was the fact it was me being ladybug.
"Wow!" I pretended to be amazed. "What happened?"
"Y-you were healed?" Nino gasped. I let my mouth hang open and nodded.
"I think...I think it was ladybug." I felt Tikki pinch me under the blankets I flinched.
"How though?" Adrien asked. "Shes not even here."
"This maybe?" I held up my kwagatama. "Ladybug gave it to me for my birthday last year."
"Wait! So you knew her for a year?" Alya's eyes were bulging out of her head.
"I'm sorry Alya I would have told you but..." I looked down.
"But what?" She seemed alittle mad.
"You have to much influence. Ladybugs scared, Alya. She's under alot of pressure inside and outside of the suit. She doesn't need her life broad casted to the world." I frowned.
"I'm... I'm sorry... Wait! You know who ladybug is!" She gasped. What? Where'd she get that!?
"Psh! She won't tell Chat Noir how do you think she'd tell me?" I gave an exasperated laugh.
"Then how else do you know she's stressed outside the suit?" She raised an eyebrow. I groaned. What do I say now? I just decided to stay quite. Adrien gasped.
"How on earth did you get her to reveal herself?" My ladybug kicked in with an extra confordance boost from my royal title. I was no longer in control.
"It was a normal night. Ladybug stopped by for a chat after patrol. She needed a vent. I volunteered. She seemed so upset I comforted her. We went off to walk around Paris when we came across her house. She invited me in. We ate some food before she decide to trust me." I coughed as I came back into control of my limbs.
"Who is she?" Nino asked plainly. Chloé how ever stepped in front of him.
"Marinette's told us enough. Can't you tell ladybugs going through some stuff? She doesn't need four civilians following her everywhere!" I gave Chloé a beyond thankful look.
"She's right guys. Ladybug trusted Marinette if you want answers we have to wait for her." Adrien said like he was a lead poet. Or a king making a decoration. I bit back a giggle and turned round. The docter stood at the door utterly confused at what was going on.
"Do you speak French?" I asked in Chinese. I was so relieved when he shook his head.
"I came to check on you but you seem fine." I nodded and he left. A few minutes later he came back with some papers for me to sign. I gladly did and then I was free to go. All five of us walked back. I sighed in content. Chat was looking out for me, Chloé was being nice to me, Adrien was comforting me, Alya understood me and Nino was always there. Life was good.
