Just for Tonight

First of all, I've been trying to make differentand unexpected situation for this story to make things interesting so please if you have any ideas and I mean ANY IDEAS even if its just a word, an AU please TELL ME!! DX I would like to make an idea yours.

Second, I forgot to say that the title of chapter 2 is in fact the name of a song of Varsity and this one is also a song by Olly Murs (yeah I know again).

The moon was high on the sky. The starts were shinning. The white and pale light hit the trees, the rocks, the water and all the nature beauties. Although the wind blow lightly on the forest, it was a hot night. So hot that someone decided to get out from the Chameleon. It was Ruby.

The girl couldn't sleep. It was too hot for her that she kept just moving on the bed. So, she decided to take a walk in the forest, not far away from the Chameleon.

Then she stopped near a lake. This lake had this crystal water that reflected the moonlight making its surrender shine. Ruby looked left and right, front and behind and then made a little anxious smile.

She took out her boots and wet her feet. The bliss of the fresh water made her smile with pleasure. Then she started to jump happily. She took out her coat landing it on the gram. After it she looked again to all her surrounding and, quickly, she undressed herself...

With baby steps, she approached the water and, slowly, she made her way to the middle of the lake as the water covered her body to her chest. Her long hair touched her backs moving with the taste of the wind. So she swam. Laughing and swimming, Ruby closed her eyes smiling. She felt good. She felt it was a side of her that she didn't often show but that allowed her to be herself for a little while.

Suddenly, as she was swimming from her back, she hit a big rock hurting her head.

-Ruby? -a voice asked.

She first didn't saw who it was, but when she did, she widened her eyes so much almost as big as the moon.

-Ruby?!

-Uh... Alex...?

Ruby stared at him: he was sited on top of the rock. But then she realized he was staring at her without moving, she got mad and covered her chest fast and, closing her eyes, she blushed deeply.

-STOP LOOKING AT ME, YOU BIG PERVERT!!!

Alex turned away quickly blushing too.

-SORRY!!! BUT...but... uh... w-why are you n-naked...?!

-T-that's none of your business!! -she yelled with anger tears on her eyes. -W-what are you doing here anyway!?!

-I don't understand why are you mad at me!!! -he said angry. -I'm not the one exposing myself!!

Ruby blushed even more.

-I-I didn't expect anyone to see me... I was hot...

-Well, so was I... but I did not und-...

-Stop, Alex... I got it... -she said embarrassed lowering her head.

Ruby was still covering herself blushing. Alex had his backs to her and wouldn't allow himself to turn over. After some minutes if silence, Alex spoke.

-I wish we could start it again... -he said out of no where.

-W-what?

-Get back together. -he said looking at the moon.

-You were the one who "trout" me away. -she said slightly mad.

-Maybe we could try to pretend...

-Pretend what? -she asked confused.

Alex looked at her for the second time that night.

-That I never let you down...

-But you did... -she said remembering the past.

-That I never run around... and that you're not gonna be leaving...

-S-stop looking at me!! -she yelled seeing Alex at the edge of the rock looking at her.

-Why did you let me go that easy? -he asked putting his hand on her chin.

-...please, Alex... stop... -she whispered.

-You know... -Alex said after a while. -This situation won't be forgotten by none of us. At this point you are more embarrassed than me... so let's make it even?

-W-what do you mean?

Instantly, Alex got into the lake and stayed under it for some seconds. Ruby kept staring around to spot him but what she saw was only his clothes floating. Then Alex's head appeared. He held a smug...

-W-what are you doing?! -she asked blushing.

-We are only friends now, Ruby...

-What's the matter with you?!?!?

He just stood there looking at her making the tension between them stronger than ever.

-You know that I'm still in love with you, right?-Alex said.

He looked at moon high on the sky.

-Well, at least we had our moment in the sun...

Ruby looked down, but now, more relaxed, she wasn't covering herself.

-I could apologize... -he said. -But I can see in your eyes that I could never make it like before I let you go.

Ruby allowed the tears that were locked in her eyes out.

Alex approached her and cleaned them. He smiled warmly at her. Then he held her hips with one arm pressing her body against his.

-Let me hold you one last time, Ruby... Just you and I... Just for tonight...

Then, under the moonlight, in the lake, both bodies touching, he kissed her passionately.

O///////O Yeah... sorry for this... I have no idea why I though this and neither why I post it... This idea was stuck on my head for two years... believe me. I'm so brainless...
