Btw this chapter takes place in the universe of super 4 AU. But it has nothing to do with the fanfiction.

No chapter of this Fanfic affects my other ones. It's like a what if.

She was sited on the hard and cold floor of the bathroom. Her eyes empty and vague were looking to an object. She wouldn't dare to say something mostly because her mind didn't have words... only memories, regrets, past things... mistakes. Yeah... "this is a mistake", she thought. She cleaned her tears, got up and, trying to sound brave, she left all of what happened behind.

-Are you alright, Ruby?

-Yeah.

-You sure? -Twinkle asked.

She made a pause. Then she answered "yes".

-Is you say so... -Twinkle said before smiling. -You won't believe what Gene told me about-...

Ruby didn't hear nothing that the girl said. She just couldn't get her mind controlled. Her face was like a traveler after a long journey. Her tired eyes couldn't keep up with Twinkle. So she feel a sleep right there.

-You seem tired. -Alex said.

-I'm fine. -Ruby answered.

-You d-...

-Yes! -she yelled. -I know that I don't seem but I. Am. Fine!!

Alex started at her wide eyed. His throat was dry as he tried to speak.

-Uh... I-It's ok, Ruby. You don't have to say nothing if you don't wanna.

-Thanks. -she said ashamed of her behavior.

Then as both started to walk, Alex moved his arm and squeezed Ruby's shoulders making the girl blush. Those hands were around her.

Ruby shook her head and grabbed Alex's hand making him take his arm out of the girl.

-What? -he asked.

-It makes me uncomfortable.

-This makes you uncomfortable? -he said giving her a sly smile.

She didn't know why but it was as if he knew what she was thinking.

-She doesn't seem fine. Something is wrong.

-I think you're right, Alex. -Twinkle said. -Its almost as if she's in need for sleep and food.

-Food? -Gene asked intrigued.

-You don't even wanna know what she ordered this morning. -Twinkle said.

-You could try to find out what she has, Twi. -Alex told the girl. -I mean, you're her best friend and as a girl it's most likely she tells you something than us.

-Yeah, but it's kinda hard because are won't open to me.

-Sshhh! -whispered Gene. -She's coming!

-Hey, Rubs! -the three said at the same time.

Ruby stared at them suspicious. Then she sited on the table of the coffee shop where they were having lunch.

-Ok, what's going on... -she asked.
