(three and a half months since first message)

Sirens. That's all Chloe could hear as she stood in the pouring rain, tears streaming down her pale face, and her father being driven off to jail.
She felt her stomach tighten, she felt sick. Her dad, the mayor was just impeached for over use of power. She didn't know how long he would be away. But what she really wants to know, is where will she stay?
A silhouette of blue appears in front of the sobbing blond, and pulls her into a tight hug. she is surprised at first but then she just collapses into the wet sidewalk. sobbing harder than she's ever done in her life. now she was completely alone, was she?

Marinette let her stay at the bakery with her. she could sleep on the chase bed that is downstairs from Marinette's bed, and she would be able to have a permanent sleep over with her newfound best friend. "I can make you some new cloths Chloe so you don't really have to worry about losing your things. none of this is your fault so... just make yourself at home." Marinette gave the red, puffy eyed blonde a sideways hug and handed her a croissant". You know, you remind me of Adrien when he found out his dad was hawk moth. give your boyfriend a call, I'm pretty sure he worried about you". She winks at Chloe before descending down the stairs before Chloe could deny anything or even grow a crimson blush. "he's not my boyfriend. I wish". She mumbled to herself before pulling out her phone.

Queenbee: hey hon. are you on?

Proud-peacock: OH MY GOD Chloe! hey are you ok? I heard what happened!

Queenbee: don't talk about it.

Proud-peacock: I'm sorry. I'm worried about you though. you know that right?

Queenbee: I know I'm sorry. I didn't mean to sound harsh. It hurts...so much.

By now she was crying again and was hugging her knees to her chest as she texted her best guy friend. she was trying so hard not to talk about it. she didn't want to, it hurt way to much.

Proud-peacock: I know chlo, the only thing I can do is try to keep your mind off of it. okay?

Queenbee: yeah, okay. can I have another hint?

she straightened up and wiped her tears, gets up and heads to Marinette's balcony. she leaned against it and sighed as she thought of a question. she wanted to make this one count, this time she is going to try to find her prince charming.

Queenbee: what color hair do you have?

Proud-peacock: ...

Queenbee: come on! Can't you answer me?(insert baby doll eyes)

Proud-peacock: okay okay, I have red hair.

Queenbee:....is it natural or dyed?

Proud-peacock: ah ah ah my queen. You must wait for tomorrow. Then you can ask that question.

She pouted and thought it over in her head before replying.

Queenbee: okay my prince charming. I will talk to you tomorrow. And thank you.

Proud-peacock:? For what?

Queenbee: for several things. Making me feel as though I'm enough. Making me happier than I have been in years. And...for showing me what true love feels like. Goodnight! -3-

Proud-peacock: ......was that a love confession?

Queenbee: ah ah ah my prince. You have to wait for tomorrow. ;3

She giggled to herself as she turned off her phone screen and put it in her pocket before lowering herself back into Marinette's room. Surprisingly enough Marinette was sitting there with a grin plastered across her face. "So have you told him?" She knitted her eyebrows together in confusion. "Tell who what?" She felt like she knew what was coming and she shrunk down a couple sizes and her face turned crimson. "That's not funny Mari. I'm... probably going to tell him tomorrow." A loud squeal could then be heard for miles. Chloe could hardly contain a giggle as Marinette threw a fangirl fit. Suddenly she stopped and looked at Chloe surprised. "I want to give you something. But first I need you to swear you won't tell anyone about it okay?" She nodded with worry and curiosity written.on her features. "Okay, don't freak out, but I'm ladybug. I have a kwami, tikki, who turns me into my superhero persona. Now the fun part." She pulls a small box off of her bed side table and hands it to Chloe. Hesitating slightly, Chloe opens the little box. Suddenly a yellow ball of light appears. When the light fades a very large Bee is hovering in front of her face. "Hello hon, I'm pollen."

AN: Muahahahhahahaha!!!! I love how I keep making plot twists but they are needed in order for my actual plot to take place. Please forgive me for the slow updates I'm letting y'all down and I'm seriously sorry. Welp! Luv chu all~~~!!!!!!
