"father is awake?" I asked and stood up. "Yes, please follow me." The nurse said and I followed her after I gave Chanyeol a peck. "Father!" I exclaimed as I rushed over to his side. Cheondoong then left the room. "My daughter, do u love Park Chanyeol?" Father asked. "Father... you know my answer is gonna hurt you..." I trailed off. "Answer me." Father said as he held my hand. "Yes, I love Park Chanyeol alot." I looked down, bracing for his reaction. "Good." Father replied. Good? "Uh?" I was confused. "I dont want you to be sad for the rest of ur life. While I was unconscious, I dreamt of u being unhappy after u were forced to marry the other guy. Then came a flashback of you smiling really wide when u were young. I then realized, how important it was to be happy. Time is not on my side, go for Park Chanyeol." Father explained. "Appa..." I said with tears welling up my eyes. He finally approved. "I saw how he persisted even when we pushed him. I can tell he really loves you... I have no regrets." Father said. I smiled. All of a sudden, the door slammed opened. It was Chanyeol. He was panting. I raised my eyebrow. "Uh... Appa-nim, annyeonghaseyo, I really love Vanessa. Please dont forbid Vanessa not to see me again." Chanyeol limped towards us. Father just smiled and nodded. "Chanyeol-ah, im sorry I lied to you that father forbid u seeing Vanessa. We wanted to see how sincere u r." Cheondoong came from behind. Chanyeol widened his eyes then looked at me. I smiled. He blinked a few times in confusion before reacting. "Appa-nim, Cheondoong-hyung, thank you." Chanyeol beamed and bowed. Cheondoong will be taking more of the company shares and I can contribute when I want to.

After a few days, Chanyeol fully recovered. The gang and I went to pick him up. They went to settle the paper work while I went in to pick up Chanyeol. When I opened the door, it was empty. No Chanyeol, no Chanyeol's stuff. Just a neat bed and an empty room. I was shocked. All of a sudden, someone hugged me from behind. I jumped a little. It was Chanyeol. "Oh... did I scare you?" Chanyeol asked. "Nah..." I smiled and shook my head, turned to face him. He then kissed me on my forehead. The gang then came in. "U two look cute together." Xiumin commented while the rest smiled except for Luhan. Luhan just crossed his arm, leaned on the wall, seemed uninterested and stared on the ground. "Luhannie..." I called and got a glare from Chanyeol while a slight smile from Luhan. "Are we still friends?" I asked. Luhan nodded and beamed. Chanyeol then put his arms around me. "Only friends." He added. I nudged him in the stomach and the gang laughed. Chanyeol winced from the pain and scrunched up his face. I didnt know I was so strong. Realizing it was probably him still weak, I asked if he was okay. "Pain..." he trailed off. "Ill go call the doctor." I said and turned when Chanyeol held my wrist, stopping me. "I was just kidding" Chanyeol smiled. Before I could react, he pulled me and we kissed. I could hear the members complaining on how cheesy we were. But both of us didnt cared and continued.

Though mother didnt approve of our relationship, she didnt interfere for the sake of father. Cheondoong got more busy but we still managed to talk. whereas Chanyeol and I are romantic as usual. Kissing each other at random moments, surprise backhugs, random cuddling and so on. I love you, Park Chanyeol.
