Stress what even is stress.
Stress is anxiety.
Stress is painful.
Stress is depression.
Stress hold you back, stress doesn't help it only makes it worse...
It holds you back from a life that you want, from happiness, and of course love.
When someone says they're fine or they are just tired. That probably means that they're not okay. That life is so overwhelming and so empty at that moment that they can't even explain how they feel.
Stress is so hard to overcome, to not let anything ruin your day. For your test not to stress you out is as hard as not eating that chocolate cake that is sitting in front of you.
Because of stress that's why I'm writing this. 4 this might get rid of my stress and maybe I can make it. No not maybe I will make it...
