{ y/n pov }
I was sitting in my bed my laptop resting on my knees, as I watched a live stream of Marks, I had captions on, which messed up every now and then, but that hadn't perfected live stream captions quiet yet, and I forgave the site for that, it got it right  99% of the time anyway. Pulse I had learned how to read lips long ago, so I could try to read them if the captions got to bad, it was just easier to read the words, they were a bit bigger them his face cam.
I nearly threw my laptop when someone tapped on my shoulder, my mom.
"You scared me!" I said.
"Sorry dear" I saw mom say.
Yes I was def, so was my mom, its been this way and is this way for anyone who hasn't found their soulmate, mom never did, and I haven't yet.
To be fair mom didn't want to, she had dad, and dad had her, they were in love, and while most people found it odd, me and most of my friends found it cute.
'Honey, I got you a surprise' my mom signed out.
Even though we could talk, mom and dad had both seemed to always preferred to sign, however they did teach me to talk, way before school, where we would of been forced to learn to anyway, so during that class, I would be cast to the library and read.
'What's that?' I signed.
'Well, I know you like those guys online, so it has to do with that'
I figured it was something like a T-shirt or some other merch of theirs. Instead she reached into her pocket and pulled put tickets to PAX. My eyes widened, they seem to specifically for the panel they were having. I clapped and threw my arms around her hugging her tightly. Pulling back before saying thank you over and over again. She gave me the tickets and I hugged her again.
I was excited to go and see my hero's live possibly meet them, but if I didn't then oh well, still got to see them live.
From what I knew, Mark, Felix, Bob and Wade along with Jack all found their soulmate. Which was cute to everyone, well almost everyone.
The day came pretty slow, and My friends James and Dan were coming along with me, since they planed on going anyway, they were together, they could both hear, which made me a little jealous, they tried reassuring me that it wasn't much different, to make me feel better, but it didn't convince me much.
We walked around a bit, I met a few YouTubers, and the panel came, which was the most excited about. We got in and sat down, James and Dan talked to one another, I would catch glimpses of the conversation, but ignored them for the most part. They came out, it was Ethan, Wade, Bob, and Tyler, plus a women who was signing for them for the questions portion.
Mark and Wade went back and forth for a bit before Ethan stepped in.
"Would you two stop" I heard Ethan say.
I froze, their was no way I actually heard that, but then I realized I heard everything, Mark, wade, Bob. My eye widened, and I shrunk into my seat a bit, going unnoticed by my friends, thankfully.
I listened to everything, but was distracted, when question time came up I was quick to get into the line.
Ethan and Tyler would pay attention to the signer so they could hear the question, and if it was for them. I nervously step up to the mic.
What if Ethan didn't hear me? Thats happened before, some people aren't each other soulmates, just one person. I took a deep breath looking at Ethan who was again looking at the lady.

{ Ethan's pov }
I sighed to myself looking over at the lady who had been signing for me and Tyler so we could hear the question, I wished their was an easier way of doing this. But oh well, this worked.
I glanced over at the one Tyler pointed at, I could barely see them with all bright lights shining in my face. I looked over at the lady again.
"Ethan I think maybe..." They started... Wait a second was that? I whipped my head toward them wide eyed I had to make sure.
"Huh?" I said into my mic.
"I think we're..." Poor person must of been nervous in front of everyone's judging eyes.
"... You can hear me?" I asked, everything went silent. The air felt like it got more serious, I glanced over at Mark and their rest of them, who had seemed to freeze in place.
"Yes.. I can... Can you?" They asked.
I didn't answer I hopped down and ran toward them faster then I thought I could of, I picked them up into a hug, the squeaked in surprise I put them down "do you mind going back stage and waiting for me?" I asked them.
They shook their head and I had one of the guards lead them back stage. After the questioner got done everyone was freaking out, I could almost cry, actually being able to hear my friends voices.
"Ethan I can't believe you actually found someone!" Tyler said.
"I can't believe you actually have one" Mark teased me.
I laughed "I can't believe it either..." I said. I looked around, my eyes landing on y/n who was sitting on their phone, kinda looked like they were texting.
"Hey uh... Person?" I said, remember that from all the excitement I didn't get their name.
They looked up at me and put their phone away.
"It's y/n" they said walking over meeting me.
"Y/n... I like it" I smiled awkwardly, sure it was amazing meeting my soulmate, the one meant for me, but it was still kinda awkward.
There was a few coughs "ask them out idiot" mark said though his coughs, I glared at him.
"Do you wanna..."
"I'd love to... I have to get home... Mom will worry soon, and I have work and collage classes tomorrow" they said "I'll give you my number" they said.
I handed them my phone and they put in their number before waving and leaving. I watched them go, smiling softly and looking down at my phone.
"Come on bud let's go home" Tyler said. I looked up at him and nodded.
