<Sierra Pov<
I woke up and went on my phone catching up with everything happening around me. Once i had finished i got up and straightened my hair. I threw on a white baggy pullover hoodie and some black leggings.
I grabbed my apartment keys off the counter along with a granola bar, water bottle and $40 which i packed in my mini black leather backpack along with a portable charger and a charging wire.I picked up my bag and swung it over my shoulders putting my arms throught the straps(idk what they r called) and headed out the door locking the door behind me.
I staarted walking through the city till i came across a really shady neighbourhood looking place. It looked abandoned and the sight of it gave me chills, but something was telling me i had to check it out.
I walked closer and closer to the neighbourhood till i was in it and walking through it, i forgot i was walking alone so i grabbed my phone from my hoodie pocket and kept it in my hand. Just in case. I looked up into the sky checking how much sun i had left till i had to start heading out of this creepy place.
But as i was scanning the scenery above me i heard the sound of a crack, like the sound of leaves and branches cracking.
I heard someone breathing behind me, but i didnt want to make it obvious that i knew so i kept walking but took a cut throught a small alleyway which i had seen leads to another neighbourhood which was thankfully not abandoned.
I then began to slow down after getting the notification that my phone's battery was dying. Great.
I regretted slowing down moments after i had done it. Because as soon as my pace had slowed down. I heard the noise of someone behind me. Closer than before. I took a gulp and turned around, only to come face to face with a man in the grey hood which i had seen only a couple days ago.
My eyes were filled with shock and i was frightened. I couldnt see his face, nor his eyes, nor his mouth or nose. He was completely covered with a ski mask.
I spun around and bolted as fast as i could, i then ran up to a random house which had multiple cars parked infront, knowing and hearing he was right behind me, i knocked on the door continuously yet calmly so i wouldnt annoy whoever was inside.
The door was opened by a beautiful young woman around her 20s with brounnete hair and eyes as green as a marble with blue in some areas as blue as the sky on a friday morning.
"Can i help you?" She asked me.
"Uhm yes actually there is this man following me, and i just need somewhere to stay for a couple of minutes till i can find someone to pick me up and take me back home" i said with a kind hearted smile hopeing she would understand my smile.
"Of course come in" the woman replied with a soft smile and a slight nod.She leaded me into a room with grey couches and while walls, it had dark wooden floorings so perfect u could almost slip on ur reflection. She then told me i could sit wherever i desired till i could find a ride back home. I replied with a simple nod thanking her.
"Im (insert name) by the way" (name) said kindly while holding her hand out for me to shake.
"Sierra" i said shaking her hand.~skip time till the sun sets~
Me and (name) have been talking for so long that the sun had set by now.
I pulled out my phone and texted alissa asking if she could come to pick me up. She said she would be there to pock me up in 20 after i had sent herthe location.~skip time+ car ride~
I got into the apartment throwing my bag off my shoulders and putting the money back onto the counter.
I got changed into my pajamas and went straight to bed.
