Was It Fate After All?

School practically flew by for me. I've never had trouble with it, but today, the snide and bitchy comments didn't even hit the shields of my heart, and when a guy squeezed my ass during PE when no one was looking, i didn't even bat an eye lid as i walked on. It was already time for the party.

"You've been in a good mood today" Danielle notes as I'm doing my makeup in her bathroom.

"Yeah you would be too if you had a DATE with the glorious Dorian Fay" Abby honked.

"Did you just honk?" i laugh aloud, accidentally smudging my mascara as i do so.

Abby and Danielle both squeal beside me in equal excitement, ignoring my comment, and ignoring the fact they aren't the ones that Dorian is going to be watching out for. Danielle is your typical cheerleader, but isn't a cheerleader because well... there are no cheerleaders in Australian schools. Tall, with long legs, hourglass body and barbie blonde hair, Danielle is often found at parties drunk and going home with several guys. She's nice... I guess. I feel like every time she talks, she's imagining she's in this TV drama, where our lives are always filled with sex, cheating, best friends and well, all the above combined.

"But Dorian's known for being nice, right? Maybe he's not interested in Erica, but like, his prince instincts are kicking in cause she's almost like a damsel in distress?" I hear Dani ponder.

"Maybe... But i thought he had a thing with Angelica Macey.... Cmon you know! That short girl whose really cute? Almost like a doll? She's like his exact replica, she's supposedly heaps nice and goes out of her way to help people twenty four seven"

"Look, what do you guys even know about him anyway? Cause all i basically know is that he's nice, gentlemanly, the most attractive and physically pleasing person that you'll ever realistically meet, and always wants to help" I call to them as I zip myself up.

"Yeah that's basically it" Abby replies.

"Rich! He's also filthy rich!" Dani exclaims.

They walk out of the bathroom, already talking about plans they could do to steal 'da boy' away from me (which is a fun game they came up with at mixers with whatever boy decided i was the one, yeah, its called 'Da Boy', real stupid).

"Though, push away the game for a second-" Dani does a little fake gasp, Abby rolls her eyes, "if people see you two together, and possibly go home together... I'm kind of worried how the girls will react" Dani mutters her agreement realising.

I stop what im doing and look at my reflection in the closet mirror. My hair was let loose, curled so it falls just on my breasts, wearing a tight black dress with silver patterns going down. My arms are bare, besides the silver bracelet on my right wrist. My makeup is light, after all, i don't really like makeup that much. If someone outside the town saw me, they might say hey, they might think, she looks like a fun girl, but they wouldn't think dirty. If a girl saw me outside this town, they may even want to be my friend thinking im a nice girl who is alright pretty, but likes having fun. They wouldn't think that Im dirty, that if everyone whose with me is suddenly dirty. That i pollute people. This town of girls do, hell, Abby and Danielle probably slightly do. So if i got with the top guy... I'd just ruin him for everyone else. I let a smile appear on my face as i turn to look at the two girls, then with my most seductive giggle,

"I'd like to see them stop me"

Because after all.... Its not my fault i ended up like this, its theirs.

-Jordan's house, one hour later~

"Shot, Shot, Shot, Shot!" The crowd cheered and cheered, I take it down like water, and grin at my opponents, two of which roll over vomiting on Jordan's parents expensive red carpet. I only had one more opponent left, a tall boy who i had never met before, he grins at me and slurs something at me that i giggle at, though i didn't hear him. Another shot is poured, and we drink.
