There were no parking spaces directly out side of the cafe but luckily they found a remote spot cut off from the main parking stretch. Just like their own little parking spot to share.

Joseph got out of the car first, swiftly walking towards the passenger door. Opening it he let the dog jump down off Micheal's lap as he also stepped out of the vehicle.

"This way" Joseph insisted as he pointed in the direction of the cafe.

Micheal obliged following him instantly.

Joseph had got the dog.

They walked a few steps and were then faced with the front street. Both of their eye adjusted to the sudden change in light that they weren't really prepared for. Once Joseph's eyes had gotten used to the light he could see the cafe; it was about four stores away from where they had parked.

As they were strolling along their hands seemed to have brushed past each other. Micheal didn't seem to notice but Joseph did. He blushed and turned his head. His hand gripped tighter on the dogs lead while the other slowly but surely reached over to grab Micheal's.

Micheal gasped out of surprise. He wasn't expecting that but gladly accepted that as his linked their fingers. His face matching the colour of red roses. His date in the same sate.

The mood was lighter and it seemed as if they were skipping down the street with glee. Micheal was the only one with a free hand so he pushed open the cafe door and let Joseph enter first.

Ira happily charged inside pulling on the lead at full force almost dragging Joseph to the floor. However, Micheal caught him by the waist instead and he is so glad they bought the dog. If he could he'd be high fiving the dog right now for just letting him get a hold of Joseph's small but sculpted waist.

As if he actually knew how to tango he swung Joseph around bending him back slightly then bought him up to his feet.

"Ooo i love a man who can dance" Joseph gasped

"Aha yea.." Micheal said. He didn't know how to dance.

They took a bench table for four so Ira could also get a seat. A kid came over and pet the dog, Joseph glared him down and he ran away, crying.

"That was not me,,I swear."

Micheal laughed and agreed but Joseph could tell that he was lying. He was never that good at lying. One time he and Camille were late for English and he tried his hardest not to let her down but did anyway. Apparently the teacher doesn't believe you if you were traumatised by a lion in the middle of the hall. They had gotten a detention that day. Camille wasn't happy and never let him tell the excuses again.

A giddy waiter practically jumped over to their table. She had blonde hair that was tied back in a messy bun and dark brown eyes. She placed her hand on Ira and ruffled her fur which Joseph was clearly unhappy about. Well it is man's best friend not man's best friend who is also friends with everyone else.

"Well hello there my good Sirs thank you for dining with us on this lovely afternoon " she pointed to her name tag "My name is Chloe and i'm happy to help!"

"Uh yea thanks." Micheal replied

Is this really what they have employees say these days?

"Have you decided on your order yet?"

"Yea i think we have, i'll have the black coffee espresso please"

"Dude are you Satan?" Joseph interrupted.

"I'll have a hot chocolate with cream, marshmallows and extra sugar" He countered.

The waiter laughed nervously "A sweet and bitter competition Aye? Sure thing, coming right up!"
