Newtskip shook as he stared out of camp. I can't take it anymore! He ran up to Haystar, "We need to find my sister!" the leader nodded and called everyone around, they weren't going to come back until they found Pineleaf. They set out, meeting up with a large DuskClan patrol at the border. Spiderstar was leading it. " We need to find Pineleaf. She could be in danger. " Mosspelt told him, "We'll come along with you." Spiderstar said. The two Clans searched further up the border. Hissing and spitting sounding behind some brambles caught their attention. They pushed through, and Newtskip gasped when they were confronted by the exiles. "Well well," Palewind hissed, " Looks like we're all back in on place. " she glanced around. "Where's Icefrost?" " None of your business! " Spiderstar snapped harshly. "Come on, son." Birdflight urged impatiently, " Tell me where your sister is. " Spiderstar hissed. "Never! And I am not your son! You are nothing to me! I don't care if I never see you again! You will never hurt those I love without getting through me!" And with that, he flung himself at the rouge. She fell over like a falling branch, but scratched him with sharp claws. Newtskip was awed by how strong and powerful Birdflight was. The other Clans jumped into the battle with the rouges, while Newtskip searched the camp for Pineleaf. He found her in a prison cave with Ebonyclaw and Esta guarding the entrance. Newtskip tackled Esta to the ground and bit hard into her neck. Unlike the others, she was a weak fighter. The she-cat fled, and Newtskip and Ebonyclaw fought. The bigger cat bit into his shoulder, Newtskip dug his fangs into his paw. They scratched and bit each other until Ebonyclaw retreated. Pineleaf ran out, with four other cats at her tail. Newtskip brushed against his sister. Before they could move, Birdflight emerged from the battle, her fur dripping with blood from her wounds. "Tell me where Icefrost is!" She demanded harshly, " And I'll spare you all. " Newtskip lashed his tail. "You're going to have to kill us first."
