five years later !

Odessa stood looking out into the front yard through the window of her Iowa home, a small smile etched on her lips. It was a crisp fall morning, rubbing her arms slowly as a cold breeze drifted through the open windows. Odessa watched the leaves on the trees sway in the breeze, their colours merging together to create a rainbow of warm tones as autumn crept up on the ageing woman. Feeling a warm body, press against hers. The brunette leaned back against the body, closing her eyes and inhaling his scent slowly. "Morning love." He mumered against her shoulder as he pressed light kisses against the bare skin, as his hands slowly made their way to her waist closing the small gap that was between them. Humming a response she opened her blue eyes and turned around to face him. Her hands moved to his face to push away the dripping wet hair away from his face. His once two tone hair was now only black, his face had aged but to her he still looked like the god he once did, the day she met him. Pressing her lips against his, she smiled into the kiss, thinking of how lucky she was to have this.

"Mommy! Daddy!" The sweet silence was broken by the sound of the bedroom door banging against the wall and as two young girls rushing into the room. The pair broke apart with a laugh, Seth moving to scoop up the children before they could tackle their mother. "Woah, punks, careful! Mommy has your new baby brother or baby sister, remember?" He said as he held on kid on each hip, looking back and forth between the twins. "I really want a baby sister!" Pouted one as the other complained saying that he wanted a brother. "Maggie, Maisie, remember no matter what you will love them either way." Odessa told them with a soft smile, her eyes twinkling as she rubbed her growing stomach with one hand.

Seth looked at his wife, as he set his children down. "Why don't you guys go get ready? Auntie Fallon and Uncle Dean are coming over before your birthday party." He told them, watch them light up with excitement. "Is Uncle Roman coming too?!" Asked Maisie expectantly. Seth smiled sweetly as the blue eyes girl, "Oh course, babygirl." He said before sending them out of the room, closing the door behind them.

"How are you feeling?" Seth asked, motiong for Odessa to come sit on the bed. The woman slowly made her way to the bed, sitting down on the covers. "I'm good." She mumbled, her mind somewhere else. Seth looked at her puzzled, softly moving her chin to make her look at him, he asked. "What's on your mind?" He asked, his eyes worried about her. "Nothing, nothing at all." She assured him, taking his hand. "Did you know it was five years ago today, that we sat on this very bed and you confessed you love to me?" Odessa asked him. "You weren't even listening when I did it the first time." Seth pointed out with a laugh. "Only because I was too busy thinking about how much I loved you then, which had somehow grown in the past five years." She smiled looking down at her lap.

Closing her eyes, her smile grew in size. The past five years had been a wild ride for the model, she fell in love with her best friend, published her first collection of poems, something she always dreamed of doing. A year into their relationship, she fell pregnant with Maggie and Maisie, a suprise to the two of them and now here they were expecting baby number three. Opening her eyes, she gasped at the sight in front of her. Down on one knee, Seth kneeled in front of her expectantly. "You are not serious!" She said flustered, tears welling in her eyes.

"Yes I am." Seth assured her. "Odessa Penelope Hart, my girlfriend, my best friend, mother to our beautiful children. When I stumbled upon your instagram, I thought you were the most beautiful girl I had ever seen, and yeah I came off as kind of an ass...." Odessa cut him off with a laugh. "Okay, yeah I was a total ass but I meant well. I knew I needed you in my life and I would never have guess that one day we would be here, Odessa please make me the happiest man in the world and be my wife?"
