Alpha King (Part 2)

Nathaniel POV

"YO, NATHAN COME ON MAN THE GUYS ARE HERE!" Shaking my head I can't believe I let the guys talk me into going to Ciao's. Turning around to get my phone a knock came to my door, "Guys I'm done no need to knock." My door finally opens up and in walks in Sofia "It's just me Nathan"

Smiling I go up to her to give her hug. "Sorry Sof I thought it was the guys bugging me" Looking down at her I kiss her forhead.

"It's okay I know they've been pushing you to get out more and they are right you've been in your office all week you need to go out and relax."

Smiling I nod my head Sof has always been there for me since the death of my parents which forced me to get the Alpha title at the age of fifteen that was nine years ago.

Sof has been there helping me stay calm she's my best friend and has been like a sister that was until three years ago, I haven't found my mate and the pack was getting nervous and I couldn't handle the stress.

So I kept thinking and I decided to ask Sofia to be my mate but we agreed not to mark each other. Yeah it wasn't the same and we talked about it, we both understood if either one of us found our mate we would choose them no matter what. I loved Sofia as a sister and she loves me like a brother, we knew we could never truly love each other, but we're willing to try.

"Come on before the guys call you again" taking my hand she led me downstairs to the Black SUV with the guys already in it. " Finally.."

"Oh shut up will you Chris" Putting his hands up he turns around to start the engine driving to Ciao's.

The bouncer let us straight through, the music was blasting while people were already dancing and completely drunk, grabbing Sofia's waist in a protective manner she gave me a small smile telling me she's okay. In that moment I caught the scent that I've been hoping and longing for. My eyes met a very beautiful women in white, her hair was brown it was the same color of her eyes but they had a sparkle to them.

Taking her figure in my mate had curves and her skin looked as smooth as butter. She looked powerful and confident which gave me a surge of pride.

I was so lost in thought that Sofia placed her hand on my chest asking me if I was okay which took me out of my trance. Looking down I nodded and turned back to mate to see hurt and betrayal in her eyes. The feeling of guilt hit me quick and feeling ashamed of myself not knowing what my mate thought of Sofia.

Suddenly my mate took off, but not alone she was dragging a girl along which I've seen before I think her name was Elinorise from what my Beta told me. I remember her earlier with Calvin. She was gone so quick and I couldn't find it in me to chase after her. Turning to Sof she gave me a confused look but the look in my eyes told her everything.

She gave me a forced smile knowing well I found my mate but I couldn't miss the sadness in her eyes not being able to say the same.

"Go get her Nathan" Smiling I gave her one last kiss on the forehead and turned to look at the guys but they were to busy to know what was happening. "Go I'll tell them, Go! before you miss her." Nodding I took off pushing past dancing people I finally make it to the back entrance but it was to late cause she was nowhere in site.

Damn! There had to be a way to find her.

Waking up feeling so tired not be able to sleep last night I couldn't stop thinking about her. She was all I could think about, how her eyes drew me in and how her lips looked so tasty. Getting up and getting showered I was determined to find my mate and the first person I was going to ask was Calvin. After getting dressed and went to talk to Calvin knowing he would be playing video games in the theater room. Walking in I see him and Ben playing Black Cops III, "Hey Nathan what's up?"
