Chapter 1

She walked pass through the kitchen and went up stairs to say hi to her mom and say that she got home from school already.

"Hey mom, I'm home. I have a good news for you," said Katie. "What is it?" said Karen, her mom. "I was qualified to be in a drama class!" said Katie. "Wow, nice! Let us celebrate later, when your dad and brother got home. I will cook you some food later," said Karen, doing some work without even looking at Katie.

This happens all the time. Karen has no time to even bond with Katie, after school or even Saturdays. Katie went to her room, obviously sad because she thinks her mom is not that happy for what she has achieved. "Hey Mallow, " said Katie to her pet dog. "Arf," said Mallow. "Why is life like that, mom always say "wow, nice." I think she isn't really even impressed!" said Katie to Mallow.

Katie has a sister or like a twin sister. Her mom's doctor, when she was pregnant said that she has a twin babies in her stomach, but when she gave birth it was only one baby. Until now, she is sad as well as busy. Of course at those times she find why. Now, no already because it really was just a mistake.

"I'm home," said Ben, Katie's father. "Me too," said Karl, Katie's brother. Katie quickly went down and said about the good news. "Fantastic!" said Ben. "Little sis, you did a great job!" said Karl.
