KC Jr. walked out of University Hospital sure of one thing, JDC had lied to him. From what his mother had told him before she died, the man who killed his father had been killed by Ghost; that much he knew.
The person who sent the assassin was Marcus Adams who was also killed for being a turncoat, but what KC Jr. had heard over the years was that Mark was acting on behalf of JDC who then flipped it to make it look like Mark had acted alone. Regardless, KC Jr. felt as though his father deserved for vengeance to be carried out in honor of his name and reputation.
He walked to the corner of Bergen Street and South Orange Avenue and got into a lemon yellow H2.
"So," the driver started. "How'd it go?"
Fuming over what he felt were continuous lies being fed to him, KC Jr. responded, "It went down just like how you said it would."
Staring straight ahead down Bergen Street the driver then asked, "Didn't I tell you that it would? So what are you going to do now Beloved?"
Staring down the same expanse of Bergen Street, KC Jr. thought for a moment before responding, "I'm going to bide my time, plan accordingly, and when the time is right I'm going to kill JDC for lying to me."
Looking over at the driver of the S.U.V., KC Jr. then said, "I appreciate everything that you've done for me, and when the time is right I know that I'll be able to count on you like I always have. Thank you Ghost."
Ghost slid his shades down over his eyes and started the Hummer's ignition, "No problem Little Cousin, no problem...."
