Aria's POV
I turn around and hand Ezra a mug full of steaming coffee.
"Who were you talking to?" I ask curiosity getting the better of me.
"Oh, no one." He says bluntly, "So fancy going anywhere later?"
"I'm supposed to be meeting Spencer later, she's back in town for a while.
"That's good."
The thing is with me and Ezra is we have finally come up to a certain level of trust between us. We don't normally hide things from each other, we are best friends as well as husband and wife. I love him and he loves me, I hope. From the start, I knew I could be who I really was and not have to hide or run away. He knows that he can be himself as well. Our relationship was complicated, to begin with, but we dodged all the bullets that came our way, and I know we will be together forever.
"I'll be back in a sec," Ezra said getting up from the brown squashy sofa.
As soon as he's gone, I hear his phone buzz and the screen lights up.

"Hanna?!" I gasp in shock as I open the door and see a familiar blond standing there smiling at me.
"Hello, Aria."
"Oh my god. What are you doing here? Does Spencer know?" I said standing aside and letting her in.
"Spencer? Why Spencer? I haven't heard from Spencer in years." She says widening her eyes, as she scans the messy apartment.
"She's recently returned to Rosewood. I haven't heard from her in years but we made plans. You should come."
"Great! Yeah, it would be cool to have a catch-up." She agrees.
"I'll just check what time we were supposed to meet."
