While everything happens within a blink of an eye, time passes for Aurora slowly, dragged out until even the flap of a fly would be audible. Her brain rattles, building up a plan for a solution as she puts it into practice at the same. The jet boots transport her with high speed to the two brothers and the creature, while she's simultaneously grabbing the bomb from her belt.

Loki catches sight of her and immediately understands what she's doing, clutching his brother's arm to drag them both away as soon as possible. The Algrim is confused and turns around, just to witness how Aurora's bomb is attached to him and explodes in the next second. Shattering into a million pieces, he screams in agony, being nothing more than ashes on the dusty ground before his attacker can even arrive.

With the last shred of energy, Aurora's boots drop her from a little height, no more power left and she lands gracefully on the ground. Exhaustion is written with sweat on her face and she tries to catch her breath, her lungs burning. The two brother just stare in awe at her, processing what just happened.

"Oh. My. God." Aurora is the first one who breaks the silence, her hands are shaking. The wound on her side is completely ignored by her panic, still buried beneath her jacket. "I just killed someone... Oh, my- Fuck! I just actually killed someone, bloody hell!"

"Is everyone okay??" Jane rushes over to them and her brown hair flutters in the strong wind, a storm is coming. Her physical weakness hindered her from helping.

"So far..." Thor mumbles and shoots Loki a stern look. You better thank her properly for saving your life.

"Well, he's not!" The auburn-haired girl yells hysterically, pointing at the huddle of ash on the ground. "I feel like vomiting- argh! I can't deal with this right now, I'm done with this whole planet, this is not good for my vibes!"

"We should get to safety." Loki slowly suggests as the uprising storm increases within a short amount of time. No more Dark Elves are around them, all defeated or gone with the mighty Infinity Stone. The four of them reach the cave on the deserted planet, Loki's arm lies on Aurora's back the whole time, guiding the girl who's still shaking and cringing in disgust at her action.

The only thing that keeps Aurora from freaking out is Loki's steady hand on her back, pressing against her gently. She is more than glad to have him. Her cut is still stinging like hell, Aurora is scared that it'll bleed through her jacket, so her hand remains there to press against the wound. Her heart is still racing like hell, mostly because of the thought of losing Loki.

"He's gonna unleash it, not just on Asgard or on a star, Malekith is gonna destroy everything." Jane's concern runs through her voice and Thor frowns at her.

"How? Jane, how?"

"I saw him on Earth. Why would he go to Earth?"

"The Convergence." Thor deduces and the brunette sighs with guilt, a realization hitting her. Now she regrets her curiosity when she found with Darcy and Ian the anomaly.

"Oh, God. None of this would have happened if I hadn't found the Aether."

"Then Malekith would have only possessed it that much sooner." While the two of them drown into their conversation, Loki glances worriedly at Aurora who's now suddenly strangely quiet. Just minutes ago, she was about to lose her mind.

"You're uncharacteristically silent. If this is about the Algrim, do not waste another thought for him. Your actions are unlike you and you just did what you had to do." He attempts to comfort her, slightly struggling with finding the right words because he never comforts people. But Aurora is not like the others.

"I'm fine." She answers quickly although the blood loss is slowly having an effect on her, but that's not what wanders through her mind. "I know that I didn't have another choice but I still don't like what I did. It's against my principles to kill."
