Rose Pov.

Right after Jaemin shouted at me. I saw something. Something that I was afraid of. Her sickness. She looked down and slowed her breathing.

She looked up for a bit and I can see that I was at the tall guy that had told me she had ran off.

He cares for her... a lot. Jaemin then started to cough violently. I gasped loudly causing everyone to look at me then back to Jaemin. I run towards her as her body fell limp to the ground.

"N-no... not again" I cried as I shook her a bit to see if she would wake up. But nothing. I could feel her heart beat slowing down.

"WE HAVE TO TAKE HER TO A HOSPITAL NOW" I yell at the guys as two guys quickly picked up Jaemin and everyone got into the van.

The nearest hospital was only a few minutes from the park but with every second her heart would beat slower. I could feel it.

This can't happen. I need my little sister and she needs me. My mom, the queen, hates me. She said I was a disgrace to the family name so I was made to be a maid. I still got to be close to Jaemin. We became close even though she didn't know I was her sister.

We got to the hospital and she was quickly attended. And rushed to the emergency room.

We all waited outside in the waiting room. Impatient to say the most.

"Hey Rose?" Dino asked. "Yes?" "What did you mean at the park when you said not again? Has this happened before?" He questioned as all the guys gathered around to hear my answer.

"Yes... it has happened. A long time ago when Jaemin was 13 she started getting bad headaches and chest pains. One day our mom was yelling at her and she started yelling. She walked to her room with her head in her hands. Then started coughing violently like how we saw. I didn't know what to do. So I quickly took her to the hospital and they told me that she has a rare heart condition where her heart can stop at any time. And she could possibly die that day. I didn't know what to do. But once they told me that she was ok. They said her heart was stable and she could go home with some medicine so her heart won't stop. She takes them everyday for the past seven years. And once we ran away... she left them. She told me that she was fine and that this won't happen but, now we are here." I cried while Joshua hugged me.

"Shhh it's ok... I'm here" he whispered which calmed me down.

"Wait you said "our mom"?" Hoshi asked confused. "Yes, I am Jaemin's older sister but she doesn't know. My mom hated me so I was not considered part of the family but, part of the help at the castle. That was the only way I was able to be close to my sister" I smiled a bit. But it soon went into a frown knowing that that could have been the last time I saw her.

"Um, are any of you a family member of Ms. Jaemin Kim?" The doctor asked as I quickly got up. "Yes, I am her sister Rose Kim" "Well Ms. Kim has seemed to react good to the treatment and is now stable. So you can all go see her now that she is conscious" The doctor announced. "Oh thank you so much" I bowed then ran to her room.

The guys followed close behind.

Jaemin Pov.

I woke up to the sound of beeping. Oh no it happened again didn't it. I roll my eyes at my own thoughts.

I turned to the door as I heard it open seeing a watery eyed Rose run in. The guys where right behind her.

"Well fuck my life huh?" I said laughing at how horrible my life is.

"Urh why the hell you laughing you idiot?" Rose said with a pout.

"Yah!! Don't make that face ok. I feel a bit high by the way cuz of the medicine ok haha!" I said laughing because it was true, "Rose come I want to tell you a secret." She came closer to me yet what I said next which was said rather loudly, before knocking out surprised everyone. "I'm in love with Mingyu..."
