Jennie was just tapping her schedule on her phone in the living room when Jisoo suddenly sat beside her. She placed her phone down and looked at Jisoo who's looking at her while smiling.
"Jennie.... you know that me and Jin are busy planning for the wedding right?" Jisoo asked.
Jennie nodded her head slowly. "Yeah..." she answered.
"I just want to tell you that you have an important role in my wedding!" Jisoo squealed.
"And what is it?" Jennie asked raising her eyebrow while taking a sip of her iced coffee.
"Are you fine with being my maid of honor?" Jisoo asked her eyes filled with hope.
Jennie's eyes widened. "Why are you asking me? I'm perfectly fine with it! I'm so honored!" Jennie answered earning a hug from Jisoo.
"Thanks Jen. Your the best friend ever!" Jisoo stated.
"Yah! How about me!" Chaeyoung yelled. She just got home from practice.
Jisoo pulled her in the hug and tightened her embrace. It feels so good for them to be like this. But it would feel better if Lisa was here.
"I'm so lucky that I have you gals, as my friends." Jisoo mumbled enough for Jennie and Chaeyoung to hear.
She pulled out from the hug and smiled at the two.
"Will you guys please come with me to look for a wedding gown tomorrow?" Jisoo asked the two.
Jennie and Chaeyoung nodded making Jisoo smile. Jisoo went off to the kitchen to make dinner. Chaeyoung went to the veranda with her guitar to practice for the collab of her and Jimin while Jennie... she just stayed there smiling.
She was happy that everything is back on what it used to be. The only difference is that Lisa is not here and Jisoo will soon get married.
Jennie is used to attending weddings but she never thought of being the maid of honor.
What does it even feel when it's the real deal?
She smiled to herself and went to the kitchen to help Jisoo out. She would just go with the flow.
