The party was a blast. Close friends and relatives of the debutant were the only one invited. "Dre, kamusta ang pagiging alipin ng Hari?" Bati sa kanya ni Je.
"Pambihira Dre, di pala ko bayad dito. Umamdar na naman pagiging kuripot ni Trobe." Sabay kamot ni Richard sa batok niya. Na siya namang kinatawa ng mga kaibigan.
"Nautakan ka na naman ni Trobe." Iiling-iling na sabi ni Sam ngunit di nawawala ang ngiti sa labi.
"Wag ka mag-alala ni Richie baby, si Tins na bahala kay Trobe."
"Yunna!" Sabay sabay na sabi ng tatlo.
"Hi Sam-sampu!Jeproksi!"
"Bakit kay Tisoy lang yun laging magandang nickname?" Jerald ask pouting.
"Kasi po sa kanya lang bagay yun cute na pet name."
"Wag mo sasabihin yan sa harap ni Pran baka maging last day ko na." He laughs while shuffling Yunna's hair.
She looks sharply at him and asked, "Why would that be?"
Sam puts his arm on her shoulders, "For a writer you're lacking wisdom when it comes to those things noh."
Jerald goes to the other side and does what Sam did. "Sam ok lang yun pareho naman sila."
"Six,five, four,"
"Why are you doing a count down Chardy?"Richard just shrug and continue counting with the two boys
"Two, one.."
Suddenly her shoulders are free. "Binubully nyo na naman ba si Yunna?!"
"High blood Dre?" Smirking Sam answer.
"Hey.are you ok?" Pran ask Yunna while he's holding her face.
"I'm fine. We're just talking. Don't worry too much." Pats his face at hinarap ang tatlong tukmol saka dinilan. Ngunit tinawanan lamang siya ng mga ito.
"Bakit ka kasi lumalapit sa mga to? May kinuha lang ako saglit nawala ka na sa tabi ko?"
"Ang tagal mo kasi saka para naman akong bata na maliligaw paglumayo sayo."
"Hindi nga ba? Walang kang sense of direction. Kaya nga di ka pwedeng lumabas na walang kasama."
She stomps her foot and pout. "Hindi kaya I can manage on my own."
"Whatever. Guys nasan nga pala si King Trobe?"
"Nandito ang mahal na reyna kaya hindi makaporma si Trobe at isa lamang siyang aliping namamahay ngayon." Sagot ni Jerald.
"You didn't see him?nadaan lang natin siya kanina?" Tanong ni Yunna kay Pran.
"I didn't."
"Pran nasan nga pala si Temmy?"
"May flight siya ngayon."
May itatanong pa dapat siya kay Pran ng may naramdaman siya humahatak sa pantalon niya.
"Prince!Prince!"
Nagulat siya nang makita si Coleen. "Coleen princess! Hi!"
He squats down to be leveled with the girl.
"Hi Prince!"
"Who's with you princess?"
"I'm with Papao." And she adorably smiles at him.
"Hi baby girl!" Sam and Jerald say at the same time.
"Hi po!" She waves at both of them. She's like a little ball of sunshine wearing her beautiful white lace top with flower patterns with layered tulle tutu bottom and her hair curled and pin on the sides.
"Ang cute cute mo naman baby girl! What's your name?" Sam said.
"Thank you po! My name is Nicoleen Capili Mendoza. I'm four years old. I live in New York Cubao. I believe in the saying that hakuna matata. I thank you. Bow." Then she dramatically bows down.
Yunna suddenly hugs Coleen."Ahhh I love you na baby!Very witty just like me. Rickyloulou take a picture of us ni baby fairy. Come! Do your job. Pronto! Come baby let's take a pose with equally beautiful me." The little angel gamely poses for the camera together with Yunna.
After a few shots Pran joins in. Which the other two tease. "Oii family picture naman daw."
"Pwede. Pwede talaga diba Dre."
"Puro kayo kalokohan. Sumali na nga kayo." Bulyaw ni Pran sa dalawa.
"Teka lang nakakahalata nako ah. Bakit ako walang picture kasama si Princess?" Richard complains.
"Ano ba role mo ngayon gabi?" Yunna asks.
"Photographer. Sabi ko nga."
"Baby ang ganda ganda mo talaga parang ako."
"Pran ano yun binulong mo?um um or parang oo yata." Hinampas lang ni Pran si Sam pagkarinig dito."
"Baby don't mind the animals ok. Wag mo sila gagayahin bad yun."
"Yes po."
"Call me Tita Dyosa!"
"Tita Dyosa!"
Yunna claps her hands "very good baby!"
"Yunna kame naman ni Princess magpicture please."
"Prince!"
"Ok. For the record napipilitan ako kaya may kapalit to."
"Lagi naman. Sige na ako naman."
"Princess tayo naman. Smile at the camera." Both of them smile wildly. They are about the take another one when they heard someone calling Coleen.
"Coleen!Cupcake!"
"Papao look I found Prince again just like what mommy said that I'll see him again." Coleen said while holding Richard's hands
"Pare."
"Pasensya na ulit pare kinulit ka na naman ni Coleen."
"It's ok. Hindi naman siya makulit mukang mas makulit pa nga to mga kasama ko. Cute at tuwang tuwa kay Coleen. Richard nga pala." Gives his hand to shake which Paolo gladly take.
"Paolo pare."
"And here's my friends Jerald, Sam, Pran and Yunna." He each of them hand shakes.
But Yunna holds his hands longer and his stares and mumbles something to him and he just answer with his eyebrows then both of them smiles wider. "I think we will be very good friends."
"It's nice to meet you all but we need to go. Maybe we'll see each other next time." He grabs Coleen's hand and tells her to say good bye.
"Bye po! Bye Tita Dyosa!"
"Bye little fairy. Kiss Your Tita Dyosa!"she kisses Yunna on the cheeks.
"Bye Prince!"
"Bye Princess! Be a good girl ok." And off they go.
"Guys!labas lang ako saglit need to answer this call." Richard informs his friends.
He is standing near the entrance of the venue when a black Mustang caught his attention. He loves car and does have several, one of them is a Shelby Mustang. "Mine is definitely better" He told himself.
While admiring the car body, he notices that the driver had come down and open the passenger's door. When the lady wearing a white off shoulders paneled bottom lace dress goes down the car everything slows down like a cinematic effect in the movie. Standing in her white peep toe stilettos with a clutch on her hand and phone the other. She had her back at him for him to admire. She puts her phone back to her clutch and turns to the guy with her that's when he got to see if face compliments the body. "What?! Siya?!"
