Major Note to all new readers: This story is as far as it will go. It will never be finished on Wattpad and if it is ever published it will likely be taken down, so enjoy to your heart's content but understand before embarking that this is all you'll get until I release a printed copy, which is not even in the works because the book is not done and I have done nothing to get it to an editor or publisher. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope you enjoy what you do get to read and that you'll tell me all about what you think.
Signing off, JJ
Alright, this is it. This where we all travel to Legend and never return because we'll all die in the end. Or maybe I'm the only one that dies because you all killed me for negligence and character-abuse. Smoke is looking a little on the skinny side and Eaton won't stop trying to bite my head off - might as well charge me for animal abuse too because Nyt's powers are little on the lacking side. Sorry guys, I'm failing as the mother of these guys - but it's really their own fault. They went and got themselves in detention and only recently asked for forgiveness - along with a LOT of demands.
So this is me working on those demands. Eaton said he didn't like his whole wolf-complex being kept in the dark, fine! I fixed that. Smoke doesn't like her family keeping secrets (afraid I couldn't let everything be said in the first chapter though). Nyt really doesn't have anything to complain about, he's a happy guy. Cai on the other hand is exactly the same - hopefully. A mid-life crisis could change that.
Okay, after all that, I welcome you to hopefully the last ever rewrite of Smoke's story. Oh Flame, so much has changed and I'm working really hard on not spoiling anything. *Breathes deeply* Alright, let me start again.
Some hinting at what this new series (when I say series I mean chronicles - I'm just lazy and that's a bigger word than series) is going to look like.
Book 1 is actually Ike Penworthy - which is available to read for those who haven't yet. Book 2 is Queens and Princes which is not available yet. These two books (pretending they're both published) can be read as stand-alones. Dragon Rider is book 3 but the first in a set of three within the series. Dragon Warrior is book 4 of the series but book 2 of the trilogy. And the previously titled (and right now unnamed) "Dragon Queen" is book 5 of the series and the last of the trilogy. There are two more stand-alone unnamed books that'll make 6 and 7 for the series.
Does that make sense?????????? Fill free to tell me any confusions; I'll try to clear them up.
There is no update schedule. I keep saying rewrite and I mean it. I am literally rewriting everything. When I say edit I mean I'm going over the rewritten chapter and trimming the fat. I will post whenever I have a chapter edited, so please have patience with me. You can ask for updates all you want - it will not speed me up whatsoever. Sadly, I will go at my pace, not yours.
Due to laziness I'm just going to use my handy-dandy-already-written copyright from old-5D.
But before I do that, I started 5D on March 25th, 2015. Take a moment to think about that. It's February of 2018! I'm really proud of myself for not giving this up.

I hope you understand that, because I mean every word of it. This is my book that I've worked way too hard on for you to steal it from me. Seriously, if you steal someone else's hard work and claim it's yours, then you are a fat, lazy bum who needs to realize that I'm best friends with dragons and you better run and hide, because we will hunt you down and toast you to dust.
[Please Acknowledge I am Talking to Haters and NOT Fans When You Read This]: If you have something to say about my story that you find offending, or that you just don't like, please do not comment about it in the comment section. PM me here on Wattpad, or message me through Facebook, or find my email on my profile and contact me there. I ask for criticism, but if you're just going to hate on my story, do not do it where everyone can see. This is both for me and you as the hater. Me because then I'm not dealing with everyone defending my honor/book or other people getting in on how bad this book is. And for you because then you're not dealing with everyone who loves this story telling you how offensive you are being and how harsh your comments are. Thankfully I haven't had to deal with too much of this, but it is outrageous how much hate someone can put into a comment. It hurts.
A little side note on that; do not expect me to thank you for your harsh criticism. I will come back just as rough. I will defend what I have written and I do not care how much it might hurt you. Being a bully is not right, but if you try to tear me down, I promise I'll bring you with me.
Again, I am looking for criticism, but please be respectful about it. I work hard in both my life-job and my writing-life, I can be irritable and irresponsible like anyone else. I'm nowhere close to perfect. You snap at me and I'll snap right back and I won't back down. If you ever wonder where Smoke gets her stubbornness from, just look to the author because I'm the most hardheaded person you'll ever meet.
Thanks for taking the time to read all that, see ya'll soon with updates.
JJ

FantasyThis is about a girl and her Dryngia. A boy and his power. A queen and her control. This is not a love-franchise. This is not your typical Dryngia story. There's a girl and there's her Dryngia. And because of those two facts, there's a boy and there...
