Secrets (Remus Lupin X Reader)

The story of how (some) secrets were revealed Part 1

It was almost 2 a.m. when I finished unpacking and I was feeling like I could run a marathon.
Let me explain, the potion i drank before has a secondary effect: encreases anxiety.
I went to the common room just to see if the marauders were there, maybe Remus would be there stopping the boys of doing something dangerous... I smiled at the idea of him.
Nothing. The room was empty and quiet...
"Suspicious" my eyes narrowed.
I haven't seen them entering the castle or even heard them from upstairs while I was organizing my things.
My foot started to slightly kick de back of the couch making a rhythm that helped me concentrate.
"Where can I go? What can I do?" I was getting bored and looked like I have abstinence.
"I know... Hogsmade!" I shake my head
"No, no, too far"
My legs moved me through the hard wood floor making eights between the furniture.
"I need to go somewhere were no one can see or hear me" "Y/N think!"
Suddenly I remebered something my grandmother gave me.
With a smile on my face I ran back at my dorm and took out of my night stand a golden chain with an hourglass. The time stopper.
Under it, was a letter with instructions:

1-It stops time for only three hours.

2- Only the person who uses it won't be affected.

3-You have to say (to the time stopper) "I need time".

4-Ghosts, werewolves (in wolf form) and nargles won't be affected, rules of time don't apply to them.

5-Once the time stopped you can't make it start again. You have to wait.

6-When things go back to normal, it will be the same hour it was before.
(Example: If it is 3 p.m. and you use the time stopper the world would freeze for the equivalent to three hours meaning that when everything goes back to normal it shoul be 6 p.m but it will still be 3 p.m.)

7-Never tell anybody.

"I need time"
The sand inside the hourglass started to fall, I had three hours to get rid of this anxiety and excesive energy.
I went running downstairs and out of the common room. The paintings were frozen, like muggle paintings, I couldn't help to giggle.
I ran through the corridors and stairs shouting: "Peeves! Where are you?"
All the ghosts in the castle knew that I could stop time but didn't know how.
Peeves was the only one willing to chase me through the castle and let me chase him, we threw things and spells at eachother. A very good exercise to release anxiety.
Although, he didn't know I am a werewolf, he might think I become crazy during night.
Suddenly the stairs I was on became a slide and I fell.
I moved my wand to stop me from crashing directly on to the floor.
"Smooth" Peeves was floating around me.
"Reducto!" "Expeliarmus!" "Leviosa!"
I missed everytime. He went through a wall and I lost him.
I decided it would be more exciting if that continued outside.
And it was on my way out that I heard footsteps behind me. I froze. It was impossible.
"Expeliarmus!!" I shouted angrily as I turned around. No one should be awake I still had two hours. There shouldn't be any werewolf other than myself.
Something that I couldn't see flew through the hall and crashed against the oposite wall, right behind the houses' clocks.
A big piece of paper appeared on the ground.
"Accio"
It flew gracily to my left hand. It was some kind of map. And... My name was on it?
I was getting closer to the wall and the sign with my name in the map was doing the same, untill my foot hit something.
"Aggh"
It was a male voice coming from the floor, I extended my hand untill I felt the texture of fabric. I grabed it and pulled away. A student appear before my eyes, but it wasn't any student.
"Remus?!" My eyes opened like plates.
He was lying on his side, his face covered with small cuts, his brown eyes were injected with blood.
I surelly knew what that feels like.
"It was obvious" I whispered.
Lupin was a werewolf, that's the reason because he was acting weird on the train and that's why I didn't see him or his friends since we arrieved to the castle. The reason why he wasn't affected by the time stopper.
He, like me, is a werewolf.
I took out of my pocket some chocolate I carry just in case and offered to him.
"Thanks" the word came out as a quiet mumble.
As soon as he started chewing, his eyes narrowed and locked with mine.
Something was going on in his mind, I could see it, as if questions were waiting to come out of his mouth, but he was just too weak to let them out.
