Ch. Beginning
It is the last battle of the Human, Spirit War. Aries the son of Ares (The God of War)is leading his army into battle but his army is at a great disadvantage. The humans outnumber him 5,000 to 10,000. Aries, and his two generals Roy Mustang and Ling Yao are leading there armies. Mustang "young master it has been a pleasure serving under you". Ling "don't talk like that the battle hasn't even started yet". Aries "whatever happens, whether we win or lose I'm not dying until they all die. The same goes for you two, and all of you, if any of you die without killing two or more of them I will kill you myself, now let me hear your name". Aries's Army "we are the warriors of no mercy, we are the strongest army in all the lands, we take pride in taking the life of our enemies in the most brutal and inhumane way. Hoo-rah". There shouts are so loud, and terrifying that the humans actually flinch back. The leader of the human army begins to speak "we don't want any unnecessary battles just let us past, to your fathers kingdom you are greatly out matched, and besides I heard you weren't even on good terms with your Ares, so why dont you just join us". Aries "do you hear that guys I think they're scared of us, but I'm not happy with just that I want to give them a reason to fear me, to fear all of you. Follow me and charge". Aries leads his army to battle, even though they are greatly outnumbered he and his army still overpower them. Alot of Aries men fulfill there promise of killing more than two men before dying. After hours of battle theres still a few hundred of the humans left, but only around fifty of Aries soldiers remain. Aries "well Roy it looks like you might have been right, see you on the other side". Mustang "you guys escape I'm going to hold them off here alone with my men you take your guys and escape". Aries "no I'm not running from a fight, nor will I leave without any of you". Something is seen falling from the sky thats as bright as the sun. It lands right in the middle of the humans army engulfing all of them in flames. The shock wave is approaching Aries and his company. Aries "to be killed by a meteor in the middle of battle, my father would laugh at this". Mustang walks next to Aries lighting his last smoke. Roy "if I don't make it out of this you have to meet someone for me and become stronger". Aries tries to stop him from doing it but Ling hits Aries in the back of the head knocking him out. Ling "hurry up and do it". Roy "Ling make sure you kill Bradley for me". With the snap of his fingers he creates a giant wall of flames when the two fires collide it becomes to much for Mustang to handle, but he holds it up until it's done. Ling heres a cry. It's coming from where the fireball landed he goes over to investigate. It's a baby. Ling "a fucking baby is what destroyed an army". Aries wakes up. Aries "what did you say, it's a baby". Aries limps over to view it. Aries "This is unbelievable, Ling kill it". Mustang "wait don't kill an innocent just for something like this". Aries "save your energy don't talk". Mustang "just don't hurt the child don't let any harm come to it please, promise me you'll protect any innocence thats left in this world". Aries "(fighting back his tears)I promise, Ling grab the child and bring her back with us, my remaining men grab General Mustang and lets go home". As Ling picks up the baby Aries notices a little shield. He picks it up, when he touches it he sees an image of a lady. Specter "this baby is the God of the Sun and life, she is my reincarnation please take care of her". Aries "and what is your name". Amaterasu "Amaterasu The God of the Sun, and Life". Aries "I'm still a kid myself how do you expect me to care for you". Amaterasu "just be her friend". She then disappears. Ling "so what are you going to do". Aries "she seems to have potential, we're going to raise her to be strong and with her help well own this world". Ling "thats alot of faith your placing in that child". Aries "you seen what she did just now, and also I've heard the God of the Sun is supposed to be strong so why not recruit her". Ling "whatever you say".
Three years later.
Aries and Ling are watching over the construction of his nearly finished new castle. Ling "Aries, I don't think this child is special, she hasn't shown any signs of her power". Aries "shes still a baby, give her time". Ling "I know, but we don't have time to be taking care of this baby while busy rebuilding the kingdom". Aries "this baby saved our kingdom do we at least owe her this. Isn't that right Ammy". Ammy "yesh, I save you, and now you ans daddy has to take care of me". Ling "that child knows a bit to much... Daddy (with a smirk)". Aries "stop calling me daddy both of you". Ammy and Ling together"DADDY ". Aries "Ling, get to work, and Ammy you go be cute somewhere else". Ammy "yay". She runs off to go play. Ling "you know if what you said about her is true then we can't let your dad know about her". Down by the entrance to the city. A man enters the city. Ammy is playing nearby. Ammy approaches the man, she holds out her ball, he picks up the ball. Man "where did you get this ball". Ammy "I made it". Man "how"? Ammy "like this". She pulls out a paint brush and dips it in her hair, then draws a ball on the ground. She reaches for it as if shes about to pick up the drawing, and it comes up and turns into a ball. Man "hmm. I knew you were still alive". He grabs her, and walks off with her. A little while later. Aries "Ling have you seen Ammy she usually would have came back by now". Ling "aww you worried about your little girl let me go fetch her for you(in a sarcastic voice)". As Ling opens the door he sees Ammy on eye level with him. Ling "wow you sure did grow fast". Ammy "this guy wants to talk to daddy". The man walks in and holds Ammy to Aries face. Aries "ohh shit uncle Kratos". Kratos "ohh shit indeed, what is this". Aries "a little girl". Kratos "I can see that, where did she from". Aries "your the adult you should be more educated on that than I am, but I guess I can tell you. You see when a man loves a women very much they often". Kratos "stop playing dumb with me. Is this child called Amaterasu". Aries "well I call her Ammy". Kratos "when your father finds out about this he's going to kill you". Aries "what about you aren't you supposed to be dead". kratos "just because I was sent to the underworld doesn't mean I'll die". Aries "so why are you here". Kratos "finish teaching you how to fight I'm not going back on my promise". Aries "yeah I was so upset when you left to fight my dad by yourself". Kratos "thats my fault I let my anger get the best of me, and... Wait a minute don't change the subject". Aries "what is there to discuss, on my last battle we were about to lose but she came down and killed our attackers, so I decided to take her in". Kratos "do you know about her past life". Aries "yeah, which is a even greater reason to keep her, and besides when did you become so scared of my old man". Kratos "it is not I who fear him, but you should which is why we're going to start your training immediatley, her too". Aries "shes still to small to go through your training". Kratos "thats why your going to train her once I'm done with you". Aries "but I'm way stronger than I used to be you don't need to teach me anymore". Kratos "I wasn't planning to. Roy is dead right, when he died did he leave you with a feather". Aries "I keep in my front pocket". Kratos "you are going to go train with Roy's master". Aries "wow really". Kratos "no. Not now I lied, you are going to train with me first. I'll have to get you ready for that by teaching you haki, then you can go off to play with the old bird". Aries "your a dick".
The following day.
Aries Ammy and Kratos are out on the plains. Kratos "to start things off lets spar a little to see how much stronger you really got". Aries "I'll still have to fight seriously if I want to be on your level even in a sparring match. Ammy get back some". Ammy "OKAY". The two begin there sparring match. Ammy goes off playing in the woods. Ammy "I'm a little sleepy this look like a nice place to nap". She lays down on what seems like a big furry pillow. Suddenly it begins to move. It turns out to be a two tailed tiger. Ammy is still asleep on his back when the tiger begins to walk around. The tiger makes his way towards were Aries and Kratos are. Aries "what is that noise". The tiger then comes out. Tiger "are either one of you strong". Aries "don't interrupt my fight". Aries approaches the tiger, but is swated away like nothing. Kratos laughs at Aries. Tiger "weak how about you old man". Kratos "what about that one on your back". Tiger picks up Ammy off his back"what this I thought I had fleas". Ammy wakes up. Ammy "good morning". Kratos "child look behind you". Ammy stairs at it for a minute "aww kittty". Kratos (thinking to himself)"this child has no fear, the previous Amaterasu would have balled up in fear". Kratos " Ammy look over there". Ammy "she sees Aries laying on the ground". Ammy "you did this kitty". Tiger "don't worry food he'll join you soon". He starts to put Ammy in his mouth until suddenly he falls to the ground. Tiger "what is this were did this aura come from". The Tiger throws Ammy and runs away. Kratos (to himself) "this is definitely Amaterasu's aura". Ammy runs over to Aries. Ammy "Awies get up"(she begins to cry). Aries starts to get up "stop crying, I'm fine". Ammy "but I sthought you were hurted". Aries "do you really think I'm that weak. Kratos lets finish this match and leave". After this kratos took Aries back to Sparta where he taught him haki for the next five years.
Kratos "alright one last test. You are only allowed to use haki. For the first half you can only defend. Ready begin". Aries is standing in the arena blindfolded with noise blockers in his ears with eight spartan soldiers around him. The first one makes his move he starts by shooting several arrows at him. Aries dodges them all. Two spartans try attacking with swords but Aries is dodging all there attacks. A few more join in, but he is still dodging all there attacks. All of them are attacking now. This goes on for almost an hour until kratos finally says "Aries you may now attack but keep on your blindfold". Aries is still for a second, then charges at them in almost an instant they are all wiped out. Kratos "congratulations you have passed the final test, there is no more I can teach you, but there is one more thing left for you. Are you ready". Aries "I've been waiting for five years, yeah I'm ready". Kratos "then we have a little journey to make". Ammy "where are we going". Kratos "no you can't come". Ammy "your a meanie". she then kicks Kratos in the leg and runs off. with that the two make there way for the Helios City.
