Audrey's POV
I woke up by a knock on my door. I groaned in annoyance, wanting to sleep more. I looked at the clock, 8:24am. I hopped up on my bed and opened the door. I saw my mum standing in front of me. What does she want?
"Mum, why are you knocking so early?"
I asked, annoyed.
"We need to get ready, we're going to move."
"What? Where?" I asked, confused.
"In London" she said, smiling.
What?! London?! No, wait. But why?! Why she didn't tell me earlier?! What the heck, I don't want to leave Newyork.
"What mum?! Why you didn't tell me earlier?" I asked, angrily.
"Because I don't want to disturb you. Looks like your tired from yesterday."
"But I don't wan-" I'm cut by my mum's hand on my mouth.
"No butts Audrey. We need to leave now." She said.
"Why?" I asked, not wanting to leave.
"To start a new life hun, this is the only way to forget all the memories we shared with your father" she explained.
Oh. I think mum's right. There's so much memories we shared with my dad. And mum wanted to forget it all. What about my friends? I can't see them anymore. It's London for Christ sake!
I took a deep breath. "Fine. But are you sure about this mum?" I asked, looking at my room.
"What do you mean sweetie?"
"The house. Mum, we're moving and I don't want to leave our house especially my friends." I said, worriedly.
"But that's the only way Audrey." she hugged me.
An unexpected tear fell down, I didn't know I'm already crying. I'm going to miss Newyork.
Mum saw me crying and wiped my cheeks. "Don't cry sweetheart, everything will be alright. We're going to start a new life." She said, kissing my forehead.
I sigh. "Okay, I'll be get going then. Gonna take a bath first." I said.
"After you take a bath, pack your things. Right?"
"Yes mum." I said and she left.
I went to where my closet is and fiddle some clothes to wear. I chose blue rip skinny trouser and a blue jack wills jumper.
I settled it at my single couch. Before I could approach the loo, I decided to text my friends first. Telling them that we're moving in London. I will really miss my silly friends. I don't want to leave them but I need to. It will be too awkward in London cause I don't have any friends.

Me and my mum are gonna move to London now. I know it's hard to understand but we need to start a new life to forget all the memories we've shared to my father. I don't want to leave you guys but I need to do this. Don't worry, you'll always be my best friends right? I will always be your bae. Lol. Don't forget me okay? Cause I'll never do that. Stop, I'm being an emotional kid right now. Hahaha! So, bye. I love you guys. So much! .xx
I felt a tear drop on my phone. I'm crying again. I'm gonna miss my friends so much, I don't want to move and leave them. I won't do that but we need to. And it sucks. Really.
I heard a knock on my door, I immediately wiped the tears that are falling down my cheeks.
"Audrey. Are you there? Hurry up. We're going to be late." My mum yelled.
