Jinri (You) POV

You lay in bed thinking of the reason why you pestered your parents for you to go back to Busan.

The truth is, you can take the academic side of Seoul University but the loneliness is now killing you.

Especially now, that Jungkook decides to avoid and ignore you like plague.

A tear rolled from your eyes again. You've been crying for two weeks that sometimes you never even bothered to wipe it.

Awhile ago, you saw him again. His presence feels like a concrete on your chest. Heavy and immovable. The pain he inflicts everytime he avoids your gaze feels so deep that you felt so low, so powerless to deal with it.

Just one more week. You'll finish processing the transfer papers and you're back to your old hometown. Just one more week.

I am tired of this place, I hope people change

I need time to replace what I gave away

Though I try to resist I still want it all

It was coming from outside. A voice singing. Are you having hallucinations now?

I see swimming pools and living rooms and aeroplanes

I see a little house on a hill and children's names

But everything is shattering and it's my mistake

It was not a hallucination, you looked out and Jungkook was there. Singing his heart outside your door.

You struggled to choke back the tears forming in your eyes yet again while you wipe those that already escape.

Finally, you open the door.

The first thing you did was hug him. He didn't say a word. He just lets you wrap your arms around him and pull him closer to you.

His arm supports your waist while the other gentle brush your hair.

"Sorry, Jungkook."

"Sorry for ignoring you. I was being petty."

He let go of your hug.

"Which one should we unpack first?" He asked.

"I'm ... I'm..."

"We both know you're not gonna go back." He said as he tries to look at each of the boxes.

All you can think of is that for one month, you are dead set to go back to Busan. To leave you life here in Seoul. To throw away a better future for yourself.

Just one song, one song from him and everything seems alright again. Like you were even stupid for even thinking it. He's right, you don't wanna go back because he's here again.

"If you feel lonely, call your brother Jinri. If he's not around. I'm here. If Jimin doesn't have time for you. I will make time, but you have to reach out okay?" He said.
