Personality: Felix seems to act very.... distant around others, almost as if he could care less what happens to them or not. Though it's sort of in a cocky way. He'll be friendly with you, but it'll just feel really fake, as if He's leading you on without even realizing it. He's very hard to read. Never really one for relationships, he most likely doesn't even have any friends, besides Percival, sort of. But according to his companion, their entire relationship was completely forced. Felix merely cant comprehend the importance of gaining another person's trust, and may come off as rude and harsh at times, but he doesn't truly mean it. It's just the way he turned out. Without any parents to raise him properly by the time he was seven, he just kind of developed his own way of seeing the world.
Appearance: (Multimedia) Felix has silvery short hair, and eyes that are almost a magenta color. He's always carrying around a cellphone and is always dressed in casual clothing. (Yes, I based him off of Akise, hehe <3) He has the ability to control time, but it's not entirely developed yet, and he can only use it for so long. He sometimes sees it as entirely useless and only uses the ability when it's needed.
