CHECKMATE~!
Isang pamilyar na salita lalo na sa mga taong mahilig maglaro ng CHESS. Sa larong chess, ang layunin dito ay matalo or macheckmate mo ang iyong kalaban. Checkmate is a game position in chess in which a player's king is in check (threatened with capture) and there is no way to remove the threat. You are free to use any pieces of the chess para makapangcheck.
There are 6 pieces in a chess game. The KING .. which is the head of everything. Without him, the game is nothing. The QUEEN .. considered as the most powerful piece in the game but can still be defeated by any other pieces according to the gamer's plan or tactics. The KNIGHT , BISHOP and ROOK which is the main supporter of the game and last but not the least, the PAWN which is mostly used for sacrificing lalo na kapag may mataas na official na pwedeng matalo. Ang pawn ang humaharap sa lahat, sya ang unang sumusugod, ang unang lumalaban. At ang nag-iisang piece sa chess na pinakawalang halaga..
Sa larong ito.. may chance ba na matalo ng pawn ang king?
