Moving Out

Kate's POV:
I just finished college and my parents think it's time for me to move out. I found the perfect house! Jacob comes over to my house to help me pack things up and move things. Jacob already got his own house. It's crazy how much he has changed. Ever since I've met him, I have had a crush on him. I still do. "Thank you for helping me." I say to Jacob. "No problem. Are you ok? You seem so sad." "It's just that I've lived here for so long, and all the memories, and-" then I start crying. Jacob comes over and gives me a hug. I breathe in the smell of him. I relax a little. "I'm going to miss you." Jacob says finally. "Oh, and I never asked you where your moving to?" " 389560 Pine Forest Dr." I respond. I look over at Jacob and he looks baffled. "What?" I ask. "That's the same street I'm on!" He says. "No way?!" "Omg! We can still visit each other like every day!" I laugh.

One week later:
Kate's POV:
I am now settled in my new house, and Jacob comes over every day, and we watch movies. It's been a lot of fun with him, and my new house, but I really miss my family and friends. It's now September 17th, and I need to buy a present for Jacob! I race to the mall and look for something Jacoby.
I now he has always wanted a computer. (He has never had one.) I find a great quality computer and buy it. I'm working two jobs right now. Surprisingly, both of them are a lot of fun, and I make good money. Hehehe.
I get back home, wrap it, and write a card. He's going to love it!

September 30th:
Jacob's POV:
For my Birthday, I'm only having my really good friends over: Kate, Alex, Dylan, And Liam. I kinda feel bad for Kate because there are all boys coming, but she's understanding, so I know she'll be fine. At 9:00 everyone comes over. Kate has only met Dylan. When they come inside, Liam asks "Do you have a girlfriend you never told me about?!" I see Kate blush. "Oh! No. This is Kate, my childhood friend." "Oh, nice to meet you." Liam says winking. I get a little jelous, but realize it's just Liam. I see Kate get a little mad. We all settled in, and order pizza and watch a movie. Kate got a salad because she doesn't like pizza. Strange. We all agree on Journey To The Center Of The Earth. It's old, but good. Once we finish the movie I open presents. The presents are amazing so far! But when I get to Kate's, my jaw drops. Kate goes pale. "Do you not like it? It's ok I can retur-" "OH MY GOSH YOU REMEMBERED! I ALWAYS WANTED ONE." I shouted like a little kid. She laughs. She is so cute when she laughs. Her eyes sparkling, her smile so bright. "Hello?" Alex asks. "What?" I ask snapping out of the trance. "You were saring at Kate strangely." Dylan answers with a mouth full of M and M's. Kate laughs and blushes. "Oh! I got to go! It's so late!" Kate yells. "It's only 12:00." Liam argues. "I need my sleep!" Says Kate getting up. She hugs me and says Happy Birthday. Then she walks out. "Dude! She's hot!" Alex says. I roll my eyes. "I know you like her." Dylan says. "Yeah. I do. A lot. I just don't want to ruin our friendship by asking her out!" "Be a man!" Liam says. "Ok. I'll ask her on her Birthday." I say grinning.
