Forever Love-Niall Horan

Chapter 5.

I turned to face him, knowing what was coming and eager to hear it.

"What is it? You know you can tell me anything." I said kindly taking his hand. He looked me in the eyes and started talking.

"Look, Ivy, I know we tell each other everything, and I've been wanting to tell you this for a long time and I just have never known how to and I keep trying and trying to get the nerve to tell you and I think I finally have it. I love you Ivy. I have ever since you threw that ball over my fence when we were 5. I love your personality, your laugh your eyes, everything." I listened to him say everything that has been on my mind for years. " You're so perfect and I know I'm going on a limb here but I just wanted you to know how I feel and I completely understand if you don't feel the same way but I_" I cut him off by pressing my lips against his. I lunged at him and kept him pressed against me with my arms around his neck. He kissed me back. I couldn't believe what just happened. Everything that I had felt for years had just been poured out to me from him. He felt the same way I do! I just kissed Niall Horan. I released myself from the kiss and looked at him once again.

"Niall, I've felt the same way about you for years! I've never known how to tell you. I'm so glad that you finally said what I've never been able to! I love you Niall! I always have!" I said as I wrapped my arms around his neck bringing him into a hug. I was so relieved that I had finally told him and that he felt the same.

"So we have liked each other this whole time and haven't told each other at all?" Niall said confused. But that was the truth. Neither of us wanted to risk our friendship.

"Yeah, I guess so. I'm sorry I didn't tell you sooner Niall. I just didn't know if you felt the same and if it would ruin our friendship or anything. I couldn't lose you! So I just hid it." I said rubbing the back of my neck feeling sorry.

"That's how I felt. But it's all on the table now so..." he trailed off.

"But it's good that it is!" I said taking his hand, lacing our fingers together. He looked up and smiled at me.

"Ivy," he started.

"What?" I said

"I have one more thing to tell you." He said. I tensed up. I hoped it would be as good as what he had just told me. But I was sure nothing could make me happier.

"What is it?" I said anxious to hear his answer.

"Look up there." He said pointing to the sky. I did as he asked. I saw a small plane flying over our heads. Attached to the back of the plane was a large banner that read

-Be My Girlfriend Ivy?-

My jaw dropped and my hands went right to my mouth. Niall stared at me smiling. I hugged him tightly without stopping the huge smile that was across my face. He laughed at my reaction.

"I didn't get an answer yet." Niall said impatiently.

"Are you kidding? Yes! Of course! Nothing would make me happier!" I said hugging him tighter. He hugged me back.

"Then we are official!" he said excitedly.

"Yes we are official!" I said smiling brighter.

I rested my head on his shoulder and he pulled me close to him. I stared at the glistening water. We just sat there in silence for a while. We didn't need words, just each others company. After about 10 minutes, Niall finally said

"You wanna go eat? We can go out to lunch."

"Yea sure I'm hungry." I said. We sat up and Niall called for a car again. As we waited we just went over memories that we had from when we were little. Finally, the car came and me and Niall got in the back. We started down the road.

"Where are we going?" the driver asked.

"NANDOS!!!" he yelled excitedly. I chuckled at his excitement. We drove down the road to his favorite restaurant. The car stopped and he got out first. I quickly texted Lou.

*He did it. I can't believe he did it! Im so happy we are together now! -Ivy*

Niall opened my door I thanked him and got out of the car. We walked into Nandos. We sat down at a table. The waitress gave us an interesting look. I think she remembered us from a few years ago. We ordered. I got a salad and a sprite and Niall order a lot. Her look only got more surprised when she heard his order.

"So you're here for two whole weeks!" I said breaking the silence.

"Yes. Two weeks that I can spend with my amazing girlfriend!" he said taking my hand from across the table. I smiled.

"What are we going to do for the rest of the day?" I asked him. I was so happy that he was going to be here with me for two weeks!

"Well... we will have to meet up with the guys at some point. They are all staying at my house for the two weeks we are here. You could spend the night at my house too!" He said smiling.

"Okay we can do that. Do you have any interviews coming up?" I said.

"We have one in 3 days but other than that, we can just hang out." He said happily.

"Sounds good!" I said as my phone vibrated. I looked down. It was from Louis.

*I TOLD YOU!!! Where are you 2 love birds now? - Louis* I replied.

*Nandos. We are grabbing lunch and then just going back to his house I think. -Ivy* Niall looked at me confused.

"Who are you texting?" he asked

"Lou...we are just talking." I smiled. He suspiciously looked at me. The food came and we ate.

"Ready to go?" Niall said after we finished eating.

"Yea let's go." I said. He paid the bill and I thanked him. He took my hand and we left the restaurant. We got back into the car and went back to Nialls house. He opened the door to his house and I went to sit on the couch. I looked around at the familiar house. Niall came and sat next to me,

"You okay?" he asked looking at me.

"Yeah, im fine. It's just been a while since I've been here. I miss it." I said. He hugged me. I put my head on his shoulder and he kissed my forehead.

"Well you're here now. And that's all that matters right?" he said in his adorable Irish accent. I smiled and agreed. He turned the TV on and we watched it until the guys got back.
