Before The Storm (BTS Fanfic)

Remember

"So, you really can't talk?" Jin asked and Jimin nodded, eyes trailed on the floor. "Wow...you and Taehyung are almost the same, then"

Jimin's eyes shot up to look at Taehyung who nudged Jin nervously.

"Nah...I just can't seem to remember my past, ya know? Like, anything related to it. It's kinda like a black hole in my mind" Taehyung shrugged it off but there was a look in his eye that said otherwise.

Jimin looked at the trees around them who had started to move as he passed by, as if saying hello. To be honest, he could've gotten caught years before, but despite the face that his presence affected nature, it was nature that protected him.

"Anyway, your powers are awesome, man!" Taehyung punched the air while Jimin just stared at him in confusion. "I mean, you have the freaking EARTH on your side!"

Jimin figured he needed to figure out how human nature worked, because being with the boy made him more confused that the time he woke up surrounded by a shield of branches forming a hemisphere around him.

"Hey, catch~!"

Jimin barely registered the rock thrown at him before a wall of earth shot up in front of his face, protecting him from the impact.

"Taehyung!!!" Jin scolded and pulled one of Taehyung's ears until it turned red with the latter pathetically yelling at the other to let go and have mercy.

Yeah...he totally needed to understand human nature.

"Anyway, Jimin...have you seen anyone like us around here?" Jin asked, frowning when Jimin shook his head 'no'.  "Do you think we are the last of our kind?"

Again, Jimin shook his head 'no'. In his heart, he always held onto hope. It was hope that helped him survive alone after many years.

"Hyung, where are we going?" Taehyung questioned as they continued to walk through the forest. "You're the one leading, so I guess you have a plan in mind"

"Yes, we're heading back to the South section, where we found food" Jin said as his stomach grumbled for what seemed to be the millionth time. "We're all hungry"

"But that's a few miles away!" Taehyung whined and held onto Jimin. "Come on, back me up! I don't think my legs can hold out for that long!"

When Jimin said nothing, Taehyung was once again reminded that Jimin couldn't remember how to talk, and he let out a sigh. "Come on, let's just follow hyung before he gets pissed off"

Jimin once again looked up at the trees that had started swaying towards him.Gently, Jimin laid a hand on the rough moss covered bark and closed hsi eyes, letting the thoughts of Nature fill his mind.

There is a new presence in the forest

Jimin opened his eyes and ran up to Taehyung and Jin who had walked further. 

"Wha-? What is it?" Jin asked as Jimin tried to signalize that there was someone of something new in the forest.

"Jimin? Is there something important you wanna tell us?" Taehyung questioned worriedly as Jimin face palmed in frustration.

He picked up a stick and summoned a wall of earth before writing on it. Taehyung and Jin looked at him in confusion as Jimin stepped back. Then, they read.

Someone or something has entered this part of the forest. I don't think it is a coincidence.
