.Oliver held Alfred's hand as he drove to the hospital.Thoughts of the worst flooded Olivers mind as He struggled to keep Alfred awake.Once he arrived,He got valet to park his car and wheeled Alfred inside.He went to the front desk and explained his situation.They moved him to a bed and Alfred suddenly remembered being cold as people cut his shirt off of him.He was groggy.They stuck monitors to him,IVs in his arms.Alfred just whined and whimpered the whole time.Oliver was there by his side humming gently and comforting him.Alfred was way out of it.He hardly knew where he was.All he knew was Oliver was there.And that's all that mattered to him.Oliver helped out where he would,like monitoring Alfreds heart beat,making sure his fluids were getting in.That his temp didn't spike.They called for a fetal ultrasound and soon Doc James showed up."Oliver,Tell me what we got."Doc James asked.Oliver was frazzled.He was very worried about Alfred."He was severely dehydrated and malnourished as well as exhausted and fatigued."Oliver explained.Doc James nodded.He set up the ultrasound.Alfred whined a little when he had the cold gel applied to his belly.Doc James looked at the monitor."Well,listen to this-"Doc James said.There was a sound of a small heartbeats.Oliver listened closely."But wait there are two-"Oliver then realized."Twins?"He asked.Doc James nodded.Oliver looked surprised."Congrats Oliver,Their hearts sound strong,but i'm putting Alfred on overnight observation as well as prescribed bed rest and no more gym."Doc James said.Oliver nodded.Alfred shifted in his sleep.His back was bothering him.Doc James cleaned him up."Let him rest,he needs it."He said and then left to make arrangements for Alfred to be moved to a room.Oliver kissed Alfred's head.They moved him to a small room..Oliver felt horrible and worried the whole time,wondering why Alfred didnt tell him how sick he was feeling.Why did Alfie feel that he had to do it alone?Oliver was there and more than willing to help him.This whole this could have been prevented,and it could have ended worse.
