-Hermiones POV-
"I want more" Draco bluntly states while walking into the living room where I'm nursing Octanas and watching TV.
"What?" I ask slightly confused.
"I want more babies" he giddily smiles at me and stands infront of me. "Do you?"
I shrug, I haven't really thought about having more kids. Hell, I didn't even plan Octanas, he just kind of happened.
"I haven't really thought about it..." I say truthfully and look down at Octanas who's eyes keep fluttering open and closed.
"I always think about it" he kisses my forehead and I sigh.
"We didn't plan Octanas, and I'm just not sure right now..." I say quietly.
"That's ok, I'm ready whenever you are. Even if you're never ready that won't stop me from loving you." Draco leans down and kisses me sweetly before plopping down next to me.
"Ok, so I understand it might not happen but I want twins!" Draco laughs "2 generations ago there were 3 sets of twins on the black side of my family and then 1 set 6 generations ago on the Malfoy side so I feel like we would have a pretty good chance" Draco says happily.
I shake my head and nudge him. "My mom was a twin"
"Even better!!" He grins over at me and I shake my head at how excited he is.
Sure, I want to have kids with him but I just don't know when. We have Octanas right now and I'm just not going to be ready for more kids.
"I'm not ready for more kids, not for a couple more years..." I shake my head no and lean Octanas onto my should so I can burp him.
"That's ok" he shrugs, trying to hide the disappointment. But I can still hear the sadness and disappointment.
"I'm sorry" I whisper.
"No don't be" he stands up from the couch without another word and walks back into our bedroom.
"Draco..." I call out to him right before he shuts the door.
"No, it's fine" I hear his breaking voice in the bedroom, I can hear the hurt.
"I'm sorry" I whisper, but he doesn't hear.
