"God,Stefan another visit you must just love my company" I grinned downing a glass if the nicest Bourbon I had swiped from the Mikealson house
"Just checking up on-" he began
"Don't lie Stefan didn't anyone ever tell you honesty is the best policy" I said playfully Stefan has always been tolerable
"You are here to urge me to spill nik's battle plan and to join the light side" I smirked
"Don't forget the forgiving Damon" he said sitting down
"Now that's not gonna happen I'm sorry stef I'd rather protect bex over you any day and no I won't spill any battle plans and I've got to go I've got um plans " I said playfully standing up and ushering him towards the door
"You mean plans like sharing battle secrets or plans like lunch" he said finally leaving
"Neither but I'd rather do either bye Stefan" I said closing my door and locking it behind me

"Right,left whoa" Elijah said as I went right then right again knocking him straight over
"Sorry did I hurt you" I said smugly walking over to get a drink of blood from the gold rimmed table that had been there since I first met them.

"Wait I don't care" I spat sitting down huffing from anger
" you need to listen to me I can't apologise enough megara you don't know the full story" he pleaded
"Oh you stuck up" I began before he got closer
"Stay away from me I will kill you" I shouted

My breath became heavier as he got closer
"That's just it megara I can't stay away" he whispered before smashing his lips onto mine
As soon as they were there I pulled back I looked into his watery eyes before smacking him square on the cheek

"How dare you ,how dare you after everything you did " I said for punching his chest repeatedly only before being vamped away from him to the other side of the room
"Megara, love calm down " nikk said to me
"And you, letting him kill jorah I don't have it in me to forgive you I need to be alone" I whispered before walking off

"Megara wait" Elijah yelled before vamping in front of me grabbing my arm
"Let me show you the true story" before I'm able to blink it went black.

1801-- Elijah's POV

"You should really stop staring brother she's not yours to stare at" niklaus said smugly walking next to me
"Its not megara I'm thinking about this jorah toran I've got a really bad feeling about him" I said it came from the pit of my stomach like I new he was up to something
" that brother is jealousy " he said walking away to tell Rebekah to get megara I walked outside knowing Niklaus could handle the news himself I wanted to talk to this jorah.

"Good evening jorah what is that you have got " I said politely walking up to him
"Just my journal" he said pulling it closer to his chest he had something to hide I could tell. I walked up to him taking of the ring megara had given him full of vervain
"Let me read it" I compelled him before he instantly passed me the diary

1801 January 21st

I have uncovered their secret and I must take out the strongest first megara told me what she was today and her weakness

I was expecting it to take longer she told me of how she must drink the blood of humans to live and how she can turn to a beast on command and how she can do spells with her mind but then she told me her weakness
If I fill her up with a herb called vervain and wolfsbain I can kill her

So I have my plan to take out the mikealsons I have to kill the strongest link that will leave them all broken

My plan is to slip her the concoction she will be defense less I can just slit her throat but it must be kept secret no one can know if anyone finds this I will surely die left unable to rid the world of the dangers that lurk in the dark.

I couldn't believe what I had just read
"How could you she loved you" I screamed throwing him over as he charged at me with a stake I disarmed him and held him up in the air
"What the devil is happening " I hear megara scream as she ran out the house with Rebekah at her side and niklaus no shortly behind

"Stop this at once" she yelled tears fighting to get out of her sapphire blue eyes that seemed to shine in the light
What he has done will break her I can't do that but I can't let him kill her I lo- I care for her I have it end him

Speeding to niklaus I began to whisper in his ear
"Make noise was all I said before nik started to make childing noises out his mouth so I could continue
" he's planning to kill megara he's give her wolfsbain and vervain then slit her throat I need to kill him" I whispered once I pulled away he nodded to me stopping the noises at what was about to happen

"Can someone tell me what is going on" she yelled as I neared jorah a tear escaped my eyes as I hear her horrified screams as I rip out his hate filled heart and dropping it on the floor.

All I felt was the pounding on my chest as she punched me sobbing uncontrollably as she did before dropping to the floor next to jorah

"She's not going to forgive you Elijah " niklaus said before Rebekah walked in
" how could you do that to her she loved him tell me why you did it" Rebekah said folding her arms taking a quick glance at her best friend through the window
"I can't tell you Rebekah you'll tell her I can not allow that just know it was for the best" I whispered solemnly I hear footsteps before megara walked in with a face that could kill medusa.

She walked up to me grabbing me by the throat I knew whatever happened I would deserve it I noticed her eyes turned amber before she bit my neck letting her werewolf toxin enter my body
"I'll never forgive you for this" she cried with those words she left I rushed to the window to see her plant a kiss on jorahs head them speed away gone forever.

MEGARAS POV

I opened my eyes to see an emotionless Elijah in front of me
"Like I've said before I did it for your own sake now you know" and with that he left me in the middle of there garden speechless
Jorah was planning on killing me so Elijah saved me all this time but Elijah knew being betrayed doesn't feel as bad as having your heart broken so he saved me from that. What have I done? All this time I've hated him he was my real hero
I have a lot of making up to do.
