Lita's P.O.V
~1 week later~
It's been a week and none of us have heard or received anything from J. We've all texted each other asking if we're okay, or if we have received a message or if anything had happened. Ruthy's party is about 1 week away, and I've got to know her pretty good! I've also got to know the guys more, at first I thought they were going to be like the stuck up jock guys... but no! Sure Adam is the QB for football, but he's not like those guys you see in movies. Ruthy, well she's just a unique person with a really loud and bright personality. Ricardo, he's quiet well when he wants to. Like the other day ha ha, we were in lunch and he wouldn't stop talking! He was so loud it was hilarious! And Marcos, well he does tend to keep to himself, he's cool and stuff, but he's sorta mysterious. We're all kinda close now, but I'm not too close with them... well except for Ruthy.
"LITA!!!" Ruthy says in a panicky voice tuning up next to me, "hey what's up?" I ask. We were walking to the library,
"I'm canceling my party." She says with tears in her eyes, "WHAT??!!" I somewhat yell, "WHY?!" I ask,
"My dad he hasn't called or anything!! He had gone to South Carolina to visit my Tio Francisco, which was about a couple days ago and he hasn't called, texted or anything! My mom even called and my Tio said he didn't even make it to the house. We're worried about him!" She says starting to panic more.
"Ruthy calm down, first of all breathe!" I say trying to calm her down. Just then both our phone chime.... could it be? I look at my phone.. and sure enough it was 'J'. Ruthy looks at me, "text the guys and tell them not to open it and to meet us at the library in 10min." I say, she nods and types away.
~10 min later~
The guys all show up and we sit down in the farthest table in the library. It's really well hidden if you ask me, like too hidden, I should come over here one day and take a nap!
"Okay so should we open it together?" Ricardo asks, we all look at each other hesitant for a brief moment. Adam nods his head and we open it.

So I heard Ruthy's party is going to be cancelled because her daddy hasn't called, or texted, or even showed us to where he went to in the first place? Well here's your first task for the five of you. You will find a guy with a huge black coat, Brown shoes and a briefcase at this location (random address) at 1:30 this Friday. I want you to take his briefcase, lead him to the top of the building and kill him! Leave the briefcase in the corner and leave. Someone will pick it up after you kill the man. It may be someone you know. Remember there are people watching you. Oh and one more thing, if you don't go through with this, I'll kill him.

I stare blankly at the image/message. My heart drops, for the picture that was sent was none other than, Ruthys father.
"I can't- I just can't!" Ruthy says as tears roll down her cheeks. She drops her phone and cries. I couldn't even imagine what was going through her mind!

Ruthys P.O.V
After reading the message and seeing the image, my heart stopped. I could t breath, I fell to the floor clutching my stomach. No noise came out, I could y breathe, but tears just kept rolling down my face. I couldn't believe this A**hole would do this!!!!! And to spare my dads life we'd have to kill someone!!! I wouldn't be able to live with that guilt of having someone else's blood in my hands!!!! I just sit there and cry! Why us? Why did this have to happen to us??!!!!! I still don't understand how we got into this mess!! I wanna find out who this person is, i want my dad back , but i also don't want an innocent man to die! I just can't!
"Hey it's going to be okay Ruthy." Lita and Ricardo both say at the same time. Lita gives me a hug.... I hug her back just crying. Adam brings me a tissue box, and Marcos gives me his water bottle. I was finally able to calm down (a bit) and we all go sit down in our chairs.
"I know this is gonnna sound bad but.... Ruthy if we want to save your dad.... we-"
"NO! There's got to be another way!" Adam says cutting Marcos off,
"There isn't another way! Adam didn't you read the messages??!! If we don't do what this person said there would be consequences!! Don't you get it?!! No matter what we do, someone will get hurt!" Ricardo says,
"He's right there isn't another way, unless you finish what I tried doing...." another voice says..... we all look at each other confused.... there in the corner was a girl about my age,
"J won't stop until he destroys you all...."
"I don't mean this in a rude way, but who are you? And how do you know about J?" Lita asks,
"It's a long story. And my name is Yesenia. And if you'd like, I would like to help you guys, or else you all will die." Yesenia says. We all look at each other kinda questioning wether or not to let her in.
