APOLLO STRAKOVSKI
“Sir, we may have a problem in our front yard.” Price exclaimed, barging in the front door of my office.
“Do I have to handle everything, Mr. Price?”
“No, sir. However, a young woman who wants to be one of our agents is in the front yard. What do we do with her?”
“What? You let her freeze in the cold? Let her in. Let’s see what she’s got.”
“Yes, sir.” He said, going out of the door.
When they came back, the woman didn’t look like an agent at all. She looked more like a model. No, she was an angel, complete with long blonde hair flowing until her hips. She was wearing white too, completing the angel look.
No, I cannot be fooled. She may be one of those double agents again so she has to be tested.
“What is your name, miss?” I asked, interrogating her.
“Veronica Lepierre.” She answered.
Oh… Is she still an enemy, considering that she’s French? I pressed harder.
“Where did you get your training?”
“I was in the French army, sir.”
“Why do you want to join our… organization?”
“Let’s just say that we have the same views.” I had a de ja vu because her answer seemed so familiar. Maybe I just heard it from a movie before.
“How do I make sure that you are not a double agents who were sent to backstab me?” as soon as I finished my question, I snapped my fingers and four agents came in the office. After they came in, they pointed their guns at her, knowing what to do when she does something bad.
“You’ll trust me because I wouldn’t harm a person whom I treat as an ally.” She said it with conviction and without hesitation. She didn’t even bat an eye.
Because of that, an angel was added to the mafia.
