Dealing with Problems

Grace woke up late at night to crying she looked around and saw Nova crying. Grace went to Nova and asked, "Sweetie what is wrong?" Nova hid a picture and said, "Nothing." Grace hugged Nova and said, "I heard you crying so please tell me so I can hep you feel better." Nova said, "It's personal but we are dating so I will tell you." She then showed a picture of her parents to Grace and said, "I miss them why couldn't they be good." Grace laid down next to Nova and hugged her again and said, "Well what is the reason you want to become a huntress?" Nova said, "To show them the path of good." Grace said, "Exactly and I understand that you miss them but you have to stay strong or they won't take you seriously." Just then Nova got a call on her scroll she checked it and it said Dad on it. Nova looked at Grace who nodded. Nova answered it and said, "Hi Dad. You want to meet up now? On top of the Beacon roof but Dad it is bedtime and like you said I need my sleep. Ok I will, Bye. I love you too." She hung up and said, "Well Grace are you coming with me to the roof." Grace said, "Sure but why." Nova answered, "Well it is only right for my parents to meet my girlfriend." Grace nodded and they both put regular clothes over their pajamas and they went to the roof and found a guy with orange hair, white trench coat, a black hat with a red stripe, black pants and brown shoes standing with a girl that has pink and brown hair, a small white shirt over a black vest, black gloves, light brown pants, a dark brown belts and white high heels. Nova hugged both of them and said, "Mom, Dad I missed you guys." The ginger said, "We missed you too." Grace said, "Hello Mr and Mrs. Torchwick it is nice to meet you." Roman said, "Um Nova who is this?" Grace said, "I'm here girlfriend, Grace." Nova's mother said, "Well it is nice to meet you."  Roman said, "Shh Neo remember you have to stay quiet." Nova asked, "Why?" Roman sighed and said, "That is what I wanted to talk to you about but I can't since your girlfriend is here so can we talk alone." Nova said, "Whatever you have to say you can say it in front of both of us." Grace said, "I am cool with leaving." She hugged Nova goodnight and went back to her dorm. Roman said, "Ok now I seriously need you to be on our side here." Nova said, "Why can't you be on my side for once dad?" Roman said, "I was about to but some lady said that she will attack Beacon and I knew you were in here so instead of risking getting killed first I want you to join our side so you can be safe." Nova said, "Wait you want me to ditch my friends and kill them? Dad just join us the guards will keep you safe." Roman said, "Your making this so difficult but if you won't join the next time we meet well keep your guard up." Roman jumped down to run away. Neo said, "Honey you know he will never hurt you and neither will I but he meant when she comes around bye I love you." Nova said, "Bye mom I love you too and can you tell Dad I still love him." Neo hugged Nova goodbye and said, "Sure." Nova went back to her dorm confused between her father's words it is either fight her parents or her friends. Grace said, "What did he say to you." Nova said, "Some lady will attack Beacon and they wanted me to be bad so I will be safe."  Grace asked, "What did you say?" Nova said, "I turned it down I could never betray you guys but can I sleep in your bed tonight?" Grace said, "S-sure Nova." They slept in each other's arms through the entire night.

Sorry this was short but this was to tell you more about Nova so she may seem like an happy flirty girl but she is actually quite sad sometimes and serious as well.
