Truth Hurts

Jinyoung's POV...

Jaebum has been so happy these past few weeks. I haven't had the heart to tell him my dark secret.

Jackson is a year old now. I still love him dearly but I'm excited I'll actually have a child of my own.

"Do you think that we'll need a bigger house?" Jaebum asks as he's getting ready for work.

"Why?" I ask. "This is a decently sized house."

"Yeah," Jaebum says as he picks out a tie. "But it's only a five bedroom house and I want all of our kids to have their own room."

"You do realize that I'm only carrying one child right now?" I ask and sit up.

"Do you know that for certain?" He asks looking back at me.

"An omega's instincts are never wrong," I say and he goes back to ting his tie.

"I read that if an omega has an irregular heat cycle and they do manage to get pregnant then after pregnancy their heats will be normal," Jaebum says. "So that means we'll be to have lots of kids."

I laugh. "How many kids do you plan on having?" I ask curiously. He walks over to me and gets close to my face. "Ten," he says quietly. "Maybe more."

"Are you going to carry them?" I ask, crossing my arms.

Jaebum smirks. "Maybe I'll fill you up really good next time so you can have more than one baby at a time," he says. He words send chills down my spine but I roll my eyes.

"Maybe you should get to work," I whisper. "That way you can support your family." He smiles and kisses me on the lips before walking away.

"I'll be home on time tonight," he says.

"We'll see about that," I tell him before he leaves.

Jaebum's POV...

"I finally get some time off and you're making me clean?" I ask.

"It's spring cleaning," Jinyoung says. "So of course."

I frown and he walks over to me. "Tomorrow we can go out and spend some time together," he says and smiles.

"Then the whole world will know that you're pregnant," I tell him and he laughs.

"Really?" He asks, raising an eyebrow. "I'm not even showing yet. There's nothing to see. How will anyone know?"

"They'll know if I go around shouting, My husband is pregnant!" I say and he smacks my chest and I laugh.

"If you do that," he says. "You'll spend all your time off cleaning."

I go upstairs while Jinyoung is cleaning the kitchen. I have a lot of crap in my nightstand that I need to get rid of.

I finish cleaning out my drawer and go over to Jinyoung's. I figure that I might as well clean it out while I'm up here.

A secret stash of candy, no surprise. Half a bottle of lube, for obvious reasons. And there's other junk in here but I stop when I find a small bag.

A small bag full of needles and instructions. No. He didn't. I march downstairs with the items in my hand.

"Jinyoung," I say sternly so he knows that I'm not playing. He looks up at me and I hold up the needles.

"Jaebum I..." he starts but I cut him off.

"Do you know how dangerous this is?" I ask as I walk closer to him.

"Listen," Jinyoung says. "I knew the risk before taking it. I knew it was dangerous, that's why I only took the one. Jaebum I'm sorry. I'm really really sorry."

"These could kill you Jinyoung," Jaebum says. "Not to mention they're illegal. Where did you even get them?"

"J-jooheon..." Jinyoung says and backs up against the counter. "But Jaebum they didn't kill me. They gave us a child of our own... just... please forgive me..."

I look at him and there's tears in his eyes. It takes a lot to make Jinyoung cry. I set the bag with the needles down and pull him into my arms.

"I forgive you," I whisper softly. "But you're never doing it again. And you're not speaking to Jooheon ever again."

Jinyoung hugs me and nods. "Okay," he whispers. "Okay."

"I can't lose you Jinyoung," I tell him. "And I can't have us getting in trouble with the law over illegal drugs. You do realize if the police ever found these, they'd arrest me and not you?"

"I'm really sorry Jaebum," he mumbles into my shoulder. "I'm so sorry." I pull away slightly and kiss him deeply. I pull back and wipe away his tears. "I'm sorry for making you cry," I whisper. "But you do understand why I'm upset?" Jinyoung nods and sniffles.

"I'll take you out for dinner tonight," I tell him. "That way you don't have to dirty up the kitchen you just cleaned." Jinyoung smiles a little and nods in agreement. I smile and kiss his head.

Jinyoung's POV...

I should have known that Jaebum would find out eventually. I wanted to tell him but I couldn't do it.

I took injections that are illegal. They're illegal because they speed up a normal omega's heat and if used to much they could either be suck in a permanent heat which will kill them in about a month or their temperature will rise too much and it would kill them. It gave me normal heats, because mine is too weak.

Maybe all my heats will be normal after pregnancy like Jaebum said. I hope so because I'm not taking those drugs ever again. Jaebum has never ever been that mad at me before.
